Xletalis: new details in blood and wine
CDPR: that shit exist in the game?
I wonder how they didn't consult Xletalis yet to help with the HD remake
I think, genuinely, there's many staff at CDPR who do not know the games as much as our boy.
Given the gross and unreasonable complexity of options and how dialogue options interlock within the game, it honestly wouldn't surprise me if there are hours of vestigial dialogue (things that were meant to relate to content that didn't make it in, but weren't removed) that CDPR have forgotten is in there.
@@dan240393 The worst thing is, loads of this dialogue content might've already been found by people who only played the game once or twice, but just never knew that it was a rare occurence
If only knew how many times I've abandoned the search for Ciri to do side quests :D
Do not forget gwent :)
I think, she would be all ears too xD
If only she knew I've been playing gwent all this time instead
If only she knew how many times you you've sold her out
Can we just take a minute to appreciate how much Morkvarg's voice actor full sent it in his performance?
we can!
I have a feeling he was only given the dialogue and being told that he's a werewolf, without being shown the scene where he acted on. Some of witcher 3 voice acting felt detached from what the character doing.
@@CrnaStrela That's very common with video game or even any sort of animation development. You're only given a script to act out. You're lucky if you actually get to record with other actors, it's usually just you. Actually acting out all the scenes with all the voice actors together would be essentially impossible, certainly within the time and budget constraints anyway.
"Morkvarg's voice actor"
The Polish guy is still better.
The subtitle person did a good job too.
At this point even the developers are like "Huh... we added that to the game? We don't quite remember."
you never fail to impress me with these details
thank you ;]
True story bruh
xDetalis
Oh wow 6 years later still more missed details 👏
Holy shit it's actually been 6 years
This is mindblowing
"Morvarg doesn't eat his victims"
Background Yennefer : "WHOT ?"
6 years after release and new scenes being found, says a lot about this masterpiece.
Quite true
7:07 "If any of you has any idea how to explain this, *I'm all ears.*"
_scene of villager cutting his ear off_
Ha, that quote reminds me of Dolph Lundgren's character in "Universal Soldier."
Morkvarg: "I just want to eat."
Gentlemen! Lend me your ears!
Geralt: Yen, let's talk about this werewolf curse.
Yen: Bitch, I got 99 problems andd Mork ain't one of 'em.
more or less :D
That how Geralt always ended up with Triss in my playtroughs...
@@efxnews4776 I can never romance Triss, more than once cuz I identify too strongly with her: we both have like no backbone, are easily manipulated and every time I'm in a scene with her where she defaults to the Triss in love with Geralt, I feel like slapping her like "Bitch, stop thinking with your pussy! Geralt's a one-track mind when it comes to Yen! Date someone who deserves you!"
Yen is so rude bro, real life I would dump a girl if she talked to me like that.
@@flacohernandez4380 "Yen is so rude"
She only jabs at you when you do stupid stuff. Apart from that one time in Kaer Morhen, when you ask her about the bed. Then she honestly admits she's not able to control herself.
5:57
"I tried doing all kind of things"
In the background theres a fight with copies of Yennefer and Triss. Yes, that would probably change the dialogue
One more small detail about this quest: If you kill Morkvarg before meeting Yen in Larvik, they will have an extra conversation about how Geralt doesn’t like bringing his job to home.
Ahhhh, well I have that to look forward to in my current playthrough! Thanks for the heads up!!!
"Feeding Morkvarg his own meat"....that sounds so wrong lol Also Geralt and Uma together is a beautiful scene.
As if he's not tried that before.
This man still play Witcher. Give him a medal.
I was doing the gwent tournament when I saw the notification 😂
I’m playing for the first time! It’s great to see people still active around this game :D
@@tauane7649 I'm playing the second one for the first. I highly recommend. You can use steam to configure a game controller so that the experience isn't too jarring.
Right now I am on my 7th playthrough :D There is now better game out for me, so i have to replay TW3 till I die.
I have a question...do you guys collect all the question marks in the game during your many replays or not? Because i always feel guilty ignoring most of them.
Stop selling Ciri! We need to create a law to protect Ciri against you! 😂👍
He didn't this time!
@@KlabauterManiac And the law that protects Yen from changing into Uma.
With very heavy punishment. Two weeks without computer or something.
I haven't sold her this time!
@@xLetalis Funny, I said that as soon as the video ended... HE DIDN'T SELL CIRI!!!! YAY!!!!
But - the UMA thing - GOTTA STOP THAT SHITE please. I don't need nightmares. LOL :O
Video start: I’m betting you sell Ciri.
Video End: The one time damnit! I predict it the one time you don’t.
Lol so true happens every time
It doesn't happen here I promise! There may be some Uma tho
@@xLetalis Who doesn’t love a bit of Uma?
@@xLetalis Did you ever think about how the "Uma romance" is technically also an Avallac'h romance? xD Just wanted to drop that.
Ten... Twenty... Thirty... Forty... Fifty...
Sixty... Seventy... Eighty... Ninety... Hundred.
I was just counting how many times I've seen that scene in his vids (not complaining though)
I just did this quest yesterday and what I found interesting is that after Yen's necromancy, I selected the "show some sympathy for the boy" dialogue first and she responded suggesting I should've asked her if she was ok and after that dialogue when I chose the "are you ok?" option she says she's fine but would be better if she didn't have to remind me. I find it cool that the dialogue options are so detailed.
yeah, that was in my Details Missed about Yen video
Morkvarg: I can't wait to get back to raping and pillaging!
Geralt: *draws steel
You uploaded more Witcher 3 Vids even in 2021 than I saw my parents this year.. :D
:(
@@xLetalis Don't worry! You are part of our family now
That is sad.
I'll be watching these vids in my 40s
Hope to be making them in my 40s as well ;]
Unfortunately one day it would end and leave you all alone in a certain area of the game
I’m 53, nearly 54, and I’m loving them!
Letalis I wanted to thank you for making this videos. I'm currently playing the Witcher 3 DLC's, I played the base game three years but only this year I was able to play the expansions. I arrived late to the party but watching your videos feels like having a friend who also loves this game :)
Thats exactly how i feel too
my pleasure :)
That ending: music to my ears
theory: Letalis' witcher 3 save files folder weighs half as much as the actual game without mods
Probably the only video game I’ve encountered so far that I have the temptation to play again and again and again. It’s almost timeless. Whenever I think I’m done with it, for some reason I’m always drawn back to it.
Too bad Cyberpunk couldn’t have the same effect on me. Nice vid Letalis! Can’t wait to see you sell Ciri again!
I know how you feel and thank you :)
@@xLetalis Feeling? About selling Ciri for the thousandth time? You're heartless! 🤣🤣🤣
Only games I've ever replayed are Skyrim, DA:O and mass effect 1,2,3 (with the same shepard)
The Witcher 3 I'd love to play again. Just need to have the time to really immerse in it again. I don't want to play it an hour a week. It doesn't make it fulfilling to me 😕
@@CharterForGaming Been trying to replay TW3 again myself. I had a 100 hours of gameplay and more after they released the automatic update. Last I played "diligently" was back in 2018, before I got married and worked in my current place. 😅😅😅
@@CharterForGaming To each their own. I’ve played the game through three times and still enjoyed it. Of course, I usually take long breaks in between playthroughs to spend my time on another game, but the characters, locations, quests, and boss fights (especially Detlaff) among other things still manage to get me interested enough to go through it all again.
I believe I have over 200 hours on the game on Steam.
That outro was a piece of art XD...never knew I needed that. Fabulous job and a great video!
There’s no better feeling than finding a rare dialogue and yearning to share it only to find your new video doing exactly that! I got this conversation literally yesterday during my fat griffin Geralt Triss romance good guy play through lol
I discovered your channel 3 months ago and you grew to be one of the best channels I've ever subscribe to
Thank you
well just wanted to thank both that certain viewer Dom Hill and you who went up and above to explore parts of game that you had already made a video about just recently. also the dedication to check if there are other ways to pull these scenes out are also astonishing.
great work both of you. wish you well
- Hum, never seen that dialogue before, pretty cool.
*Even more cursed Uma model on whoever that is appears*
- I've seen enough, thanks
Nice find Letalis!!! The amount of differences just to the sequence of doing a particular quest is amazing!!!
thank you and yes
That outro is a work of art.
yep got a whole video of it
Can we just appreciate the brilliant voice acting the actor did for Morkvarg?
indeed :)
Noone gonna talk about that outro though... I love it
Got a full video of it ;]
Ah, love watching xLetalis slowly descende into madness with TH3, and dragging us along with him.
It's amazing how you are still finding new things on the game after all these years 👍👍
7:07 this shocks me every single time...
When else hase he done this? Cause I dont remember him doing this anywhere else
I really enjoy your Witcher videos and I allways learn something new! Please go on like that!
I will ;]
HOW DO U DO THIS. AFTER 6 YEARS
with love ;]
We need a video with details we missed about olgierd von everec or witcher lore videos made by you ( i like the ones made by witcher george as well ). Eicher way, we want even more witcher content because something is clearly wrong with us
The gift that keeps on giving...sadly there will likely never be something of its like again.
likely the case yes :(
Glad that there’s someone still talk and upload videos about The Witcher lll
yeah I don't think I could ever stop ;]
Finally xletails is back with xtra details
oh xLetalis just when we thought you've exhausted Witcher 3's universe, there are always things we missed 🤣 either way I like your content, keep it up, espeically if we ever get a Witcher 4 installment! Also poor Skjall, he was such a nice guy to Ciri :'(
yeah :(
Wow, these details you missed vids are amazing! 🔥
:) Thank you
That sound on the end of the video,,,are top XD, by the way, its a good vid, i knew some about that dialoges, but never deep down on them
thanks
my pleasure ;]
If only cyber punk was this good
That Uma mod on Yen is cursed
“Pun intended”
I've literally never played any of the Witcher games, but I'm still watching your videos. Your dedication to finding hidden content is very impressive
heh, thank you :)
How on earth have you resisted buying TW3?
3:11 that smile was subtle yet perfect af
13 seconds..fastest click in the west..
13 likes in 13 minutes
So basically, the less you talk to Yen - the better...
no :D
yeah
Folks usually say that Miranda from Mass Effect is a space Yennifer...
But if i have to choose between Miranda and Yennifer, i would stick with Miranda all the time...
Yen is not only a bitch, but also vile, not even Miranda with all her genetic enhancements is like that.
@@xLetalis YES!
@@efxnews4776 What do genetic enhancements have to do with anything?
4:59 I like how when Geralt mentioned the other wolves Yen's eyes start blinking thinking "Well that actually is interesting".
yeah the animation is top notch
@@xLetalis indeed. Thanks for your work with the videos man. They're always fun to watch.
I played this game every year and stop after i finish when new year comes ill play it again back at the start best game for me so far
Between watching all your Witcher 3 videos and playing the game 3 times through, I have no idea how there are still things that I have missed.
And just when I thought the video was going normally, you jumpscare me with the Uma Romance....again...
:D Thank you for watching
That outro the dynamic duo 😤❕
After all of this details, you should do a compilation of the quests with the most secret scenes, like this mission, the 2 vegelbuld related missions, the quest on the orianna’s mansion, etc, I think it would be interesting to see which are the most “invested” missions
interesting idea
xLetalis: Hey look I found some residual Witcher 3 dialogue
CD Projekt Red wants to know your location
I wasn't scared of fighting the werewolves in the game. I actually dreaded drowners more because if there's a lot of them they gang up on you. But when I talked to that werewolf he freaking freaked me out lol. I think it was seeing him up close and talking to him that was so creepy. Then he kept saying he was gonna come back and get me. For a time I was afraid he was just gonna pop up outta nowhere outside the garden. It honestly made me dread going back to the garden to do the curse lol.
Yeah Morkvarg was well made ;]
xLetalis still making witcher videos and still kicking🏆
Great video man!
thank you ;]
It’s always a pleasure to watch the Witcher videos here! :)
sorry to make you wait :)
@@xLetalis We wait patiently , because we know it's worth it. :)
So many details in a conversation you can only have once. Jeez!
That outro edit/remix is so good lmao
my biggest achievement :D
Geralt and Yennefer real amazing😍
So many functions to the dialogues in this game I dont know what I actually tried throughout all of my playthroughs
Awesome video I'm in the family matters part now my first time playing
Just completed this quest and this video was in my recommendations :O
better late than never
Lifting the curse and turning Morkvarg human immediately when u first meet him in the abandoned house he was chained in and then talking to Yen creates a plot error aswell as the two will still debate how to lift the already lifted the curse.
Missed your TW3 videos! Nice catch with that dialogue!
Also... Uma? Again??
yes :D
@@xLetalis >:(
it never stops
Oh my god that outro I think I am goona make it my phone ringtone
you can check the full song here ruclips.net/video/4cUO2_-DkQM/видео.html
That mix at the end is awesome
thank you :)
He said "I'm all ears then the man cut his ear. I think they neutralized themself so he doesn't care about what we think :P
They who?
@@goncalobaia1574 Letalis and Ladies' servant
Yesss more Witcher 3!!
2:35
I feel like he knew I was saying no in refusal of that
Your edit is superb sir
:) Thank you
Hi xLetalis. Never missed your video on the Witcher details. Always wanted to ask.... We can have a combination when Ciri becomes Empress, while at some point a coup is carried out and Emhyr is assassinated, right? So, what do you think happens to Ciri in this case?
I love your channel so much
Still making w3 videos? I’m not complaining! Xletalis the real mvp
always :)
Interesting.
Watching your video, it had me chuckling with how bored Yen's reaction was when Geralt starts this talk about the body, heh.
Never got this dialogue in all my playthroughs so I'll try to get them next time I play Witcher 3.
yeah it's great :)
I don't think things that morkvarg says at the begining indicates that he can't eat anything so it kinda make sense that yennifer doesnt mention until after you cure the curse but they are definitely alot of things that doesn't make sense from their dialogues
thanks for the video
The "yes" part is too relatable.
Every time this guy posts a video I need to play the whole god-damn game again 😂😂😂
Bro I love you. HOW DID THE SAME COMPANY MAKE THIS GAME AND CYBERPUNK? It’s like an 80$ steak versus a McDonald’s hamburger. And I LIKE cyberpunk.
Maybe the employees were passionate about The Witcher (world, books, etc) but not so much about Cyberpunk. Also, TW3 could build upon TW1 and TW2 but Cyberpunk had to be developed pretty much from scratch. Third, they tried to do it All (ALL the platforms, ALL the features, etc) but funding on its own does not solve scaling issues, which they must’ve had. Last, in a naive effort to secure more future funds, they hyped the game endlessly instead of doing some proper expectation management, which was a big part of the reason we were all so disappointed at launch (expectation vs reality). Which backfired too, btw: disappointment caused a massive stock price crash - byyeee potential new investors
The Witcher 3 still had a pretty cruddy launch.
3:35 CALLED IT!!!
Dobody mentionned that awesome "hm" conntest at the end ? Well it was awesome.
got a full video with it :)
Great video as always, btw can you somehow get letho in story if you didn't chose witcher 2 save or whatever at beggining, because im about 10 hours in game and i don't want to start again. Thanks :D
no, I don't think you can :(
I have spent more time doing side quests in Witcher than I did playing the entirety of Cyberpunk. CDPR really needs to step back from badly made board decisions and go back to making things for the love of the gaming world.
Dude, your editing is top notch.
"There is something wrong... [cut to Uma mod]“ 😂
thanks
i did the werwolf quest before meeting yennefer in skelege for the first time so i never knew this stuff was in the game to begin with
Awesome outro. And we need a 3rd DLC PLEASEEE CDRP!!!
The 50 Yens vs 50 Trisses fight in the background makes a perfect animated walpaper, all you gotta do is somehow loop it and enjoy the mayhem... I might actually try that, how did you get 50 of them at the same time? What commands did you use, or what mods?
man i hope that if there is gonna be a witcher 4 that they take their time and put this much effort into the details of the game
me too, sadly it doesn't seem like it's going to happen any time soon :(
3:36 ya love to see it
You can also lift the curse before interacting with yen on hindarsfjall. And she will complement you about your heroic deed while going to the garden.
It makes me very happy to see you still playing this, still probably my favorite game.
it is mine :)
Yen's dialoge options are what's keeping this quest interesting for me in every single playthrough I start. Especially the one about virgin blood. Also, after the necromancy part, if you don't ask about her own situation, she gets sad and I think that's an awesome detail.
*If I die before I intend to, just know that it would be because of seeing Uma instead of Yennefer...*
Even after 6 years, more and more unique dialogues in this game are discovered. 🤭
nope ;]
Huh weird. I got this dialogue with Yennefer when i first went to Morkvarg in the cave killed him. And then the house did the same, went back to her before jumping into the well.
