Once again thank u for sharing these precious videos with us all. God bless your beautiful family and friends. Love ya ms paula.
I’m really missing your Southern Spice Rub....the one that has cinnamon in it. I love it so much on chicken and pork. I did not see it on your store website. It has the most uniquely surprising taste of any dry seasoning I have ever used.
My best part of this vid was when the dogs started barking!!😂😂. And yes...those crab cakes look delicious!😋.
She is so sweet too thank miss Paula ❤️
She called her dogs turds....lmao🤣🤣🤣
I gagged! 😂🐕🦺
I LOVE fish. I better hit the lottery before I hit this crab dish because I'm super cheap LOL
And $18 for Jumbo Lump is a steal. It’s about $30 here in MD
These would Be Amazing Baked in the oven too (without he flour coating!! Served with creamed Corn (underneath)!! 👍🤗😋💓💓💓
Wow Paula, what a nice kitchen you have there. Can you give us a tour sometime of your kitchen and all them great appliances you have. You sure are lucky, but you earned it girl. I think I'm going to try them crab cakes but being in NH I'm using lobster! MMMMMmmmmm m lol.

Watching from Trinidad looks delish
“Jump straight out of my britches “😂😂😂
Whenever I make any kind of "patty" like these, I have trouble keeping it together when I cook them. Tend to fall apart in my pan. sigh. I will use your hints and try, again ! Do you recommend a sauce or condiment? Thanks

Can't wait to try this recipe. It looks delicious
Thanks for sharing your videos
PAULA, a few years ago, i saw a video on that book called, i think, " I LOVE CRAB CAKES"; and one recipe that a woman cooked on a show i saw about it, used MASHED POTATOES! as her binder in her crab cakes; she said that the cakes are so delicate & it makes them really nice!
Looks delicious
I live for these. Looking lovely too!
These look so delicious!
1. Onions? Hell no.
2. Red bell peppers? Double hell no.
3. Where can I get jumbo lump for $18/pound?
Here in Maryland, where we know how to make crab cakes, jumbo lump is usually north of $35/pound... often $40 or more.
One container of lump crab here is $23 at the discount store. I think I will have to cut the recipe in half. Sure looks good! Thank you!
Paula, Those look delicious! We'll have to see if we can get some crab around here. Summer seafood hasn't been easy to find here in Southern California. Oh btw-- we can't cook anything without the dogs barking. It's so much like home!
Yep, I'm in Los Angeles and I only know one specialty seafood shop I can go get crab...
@@romainejayne1811 It's not easy... I'm going to look this week.
@@MaryWehmeier So, what part of SoCal are you in....?
Romaine Diamond Bar
@@MaryWehmeier
Oh, yeah Diamond Bar's pretty far from where I am....Even with traffic a good 50-1 hour drive if were lucky, lol! I do hope you find some. I've often found the Asian markets carry it sometimes.
Looks yummy.
Making for new years eve dinner. We 🎉 lol enjoy you so
This looks so good, that I already placed a grocery order so that I can make them tomorrow.
It looks so delicious. You're very good at cooking. That's a good recipe. 🙊❣️
Wow that looks so wonderful thank you thank you Yum Yum😜👍💕
Darn Paula, I'm allergic to shellfish but loved My Fil's crabcake recipe. Used to go crabbing with my Hubby & my FIL. Had so much fun. Especially when I was 6 months pregnant lol.
Your's or Susan's recipe looks YUMMY!!!! I'm going to have to take your word for it.🤐 I like panko & flour mixed together too. I like it better than breadcrumbs.
Love ya Miss Paula! 🥰
Perfect Southern crab cakes. They do have to have peppers and Vidialia onions homegrown.
I'm trying this tonight!
Does anyone know what the difference is between crab cakes and deviled crab other than the stuffing back into a crab shell before cooking? I love some deviled crab but definitely not everyone's. I haven't found a recipe that I like for making them at home.
