I remember when he won the world juniors. Kanoa Igarashi was predicated to win by a landslide. No one even really heard of Griffin I know I didn’t.
Everyone was saying it was a fluke that he won because of conditions blah blah blah. Definitely wasn’t a fluke! This kid rips! 🙌🔥🤙

The waves at West OZ and the Pacific islands are way more powerful and pleasing to the eyes, Id rather not watch trestles but me and my intermediate skills would die to surf it.

I remember one rare day at marina and the waves were perfect, and I just got so many barrels....on the way to my car, I watched a guy do three 360’s, one after another?!?.....I never seen anything like that, and we got all sorts of pros in Santa Cruz....some of those guys got wings!

1:05 Dude. I was going to say…I swear I saw the ocean level rise right before you pointed out the soakage. Confirmed. GC caused so much inner thigh moisture that he contributed to global warming. The new standard is whether or not you can cause a woman to raise the ocean. If not, they will never org.

Griffin is one of the best things to hit pro surfing since Filipe. But the unnecessary commentary/stop-n-go/rewind editing ruins this vid the same way Turpel ruins WSL heats

Just one of many talented surfers ,,,Yoga Dora , Morgan Cibilic , and many more . And soft waves of no consequence . Compare to JJ F in large Hawaii waves . No comparison really
