There is and was only "one and only" Freddie. But when he is gone I think Adam is a perfect replacement. And thanks to Adam we have the opportunity to see Queen live again. If Freddie would have been here to day it would not be the same because of age. Freddie was best in his time - but I saw Queen Live in November 2017 and Adam was outstanding and have my full respect.

Freddie. Adam is the best person to fill in the shoes though. Saw him with Queen live. Damn. He had the stage presence, and he DEFINITELY had the voice. Yes, he's not Freddie. But no one will be, it's kinda unfair to keep comparing them. I knew it'd be different in person, but I swear, he's got one of the most incredible voices I've ever heard. If people don't like him I can get that. But what I will never get is the people (though few) saying he can't sing.
Adam was a great admirer of Freddie and never tries to replace him., that is why it is Queen and Adam Lambert....he just helps bring Queens music live to a whole new audience as well as many of us old ones. and lets Brian and Roger tour again to sold out performances around the world.

I urge those of you who hate Adam specifically to listen to his live rendition of Who Wants to Live Forever and for those who don't like Paul to listen to the album Queen released with him (something I wish they'd do with Adam). Queen will never be the Queen they were with Freddie, but Brian and Roger are Queen too and they chose to eventually with other vocalists bring something resembling a live Queen experience to those who didn't have a chance before Freddie passed. Whatever you think of each vocalist overall, I ask you to please (if you're willing) go through what there is available and find what stuff you do like, whether it be their solo/separate albums, certain Queen songs live, or something else. They are all magnificent in their own ways and you may actually find something special from each of them (or not). Also Brian's voice is also amazing don't forget Brian.

Freddie's emotion, vocal range and tempo are flawless. Paul does a decent job. Adam has great range but does more acting than instilling emotion.
