Love them both....but i think Ozzy is Black Sabbath and Dio is a different band...equally brilliant!❤

I think Dennis Deyoung from styx said it best. Steve walsh is the best Steve Walsh and John Elefante is the best John Elefante and there both very talented and we have had the honor of hearing them both.

Steve will always be the lead in Kansas his talent and vocals are beyond compare.The enthusiam and sheer stamina to preform on stage with vocals right on mark is beyond comprehension to me. I could not carry even a note much less deliver an amazing concert. Steve gave us as his fans ALL and I do mean ALL. I'm sure this is one of the reasons he has sufferd vocally. He brought it and delivered everytime, and in rare occasions when he performs still does. John is an amazing talent in his own right. Steve would be a hard act to follow . Kinda like Steve Perry in Journey. Amazing job but not the same. Steve , Robby, Kerry , Phil, Dave and Rich You all deserve to be in the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame ! Kansas thank you for your contribution to Rock music !

I’m kinda hoping for the day when Al will get Bons voice and style and delivery in to the Johnson tracks. They will be different. Will they be better…well that’s subjective, but they will still be great.

Bon for me. He had such charisma and theater about him. He used his voice to tell his wild stories. Johnson is great but he hasn’t connected with me like Bon.

Still blows me away how they lucked out enough to find a replacement with a VERY similar voice.. especially considering it was their vocals that made them iconic.

Great vocals between all three but Steve Walsh has that extra magic in his soul and voice! Let's get KANSAS in the R&R Hall of Fame! There's no reason why they shouldn't have been inducted 20 years ago!

Brian is just a more talented singer. The power he can bring out isnt comparable to this dude Ronald. Obviously brian was inspired by him but he clearly had more skill as a singer, it's okay. But it's silly to think ACDC would be remotely as popular without Brian, this man's unique voice put this band on the map.

All great, for sure! But, for me John Elefante has the strongest voice and is the greatest singer of all time!

Johnson gives me more of a Bruce Springsteen vibe, while Bon gives a Lemmy Kilmister.

Both amazing... I would just say that Bon had a little more dimension in his vocal timbre

Brian tries to be Ac/Dc with the husk in hos voice where Bon is a god of a rock voice naturally Brian is a 1 in a million chance of that voice fitting with them and both are gods now Lets go Akka Dakka

.....There is no competition in Arts. Competitions belong to Sports, full stop! I can say that these two Fantastic Singers and Musicians, belong to another league of Singers, also because Kansas belong to another league of Bands. God bless them both because their contributions to the world of Arts and Music, made happy and inspired millions of people. Love them both...and Wish them a very Happy Life. Carus Alambra🙂👍

John Elefante was the lead singer of Kansas for 3-4 years 40 years ago. Steve was an original member with an amazing voice that helped revolutionize progressive rock. Elefante is trying to stay relevant based on what he did for a few years decades ago.

John Elefante is an awsome singer once you hear them live, don´t get confused, nobody replaces the original, but some singers really kick it out of the place.

John Elegante’s voice has aged much better. It’s tough to choose when they were both in their 20s - very talented and both possess a richness and strength of voice for Kansas. ❤

Bon, because he had a much better voice. I can't stand brian. He sounds like an old woman screaming.
