I watch junior to refresh my backing there will always be something that gives you a clear understanding
Junior is one of THE BEST I've seen on YT. Just when I'm questioning "why", he explains the maneuver. I've learned so much from these videos and I'm more comfortable performing backings. NOW I know what I'm doing (right and wrong) and WHY!!!!!! Currently training for a shifter position (yard dog) and these videos are GOLDEN🙌🏽💪🏾👍🏽👍🏽💙
