I have been watching the operations of trucks and bulldozer dumping dirt and rocks to fill in land covered by water for some time now, but I kinda getting this feeling that one of these days there's gonna come some heavy rainfall and massive flooding in areas that were covered up by dirt landfills, honestly I hope this will never happen, but I just have this feeling.

However, I found something strange, at minute 53:57 you see a white loaded truck backing up on the road, while in the foreground a green truck dumps its load at that moment. After the green truck leaves the area, the white truck turns around with its load and follows the other trucks. Did he perhaps forget to dump his load or had a technical problem?
