amazing outcome Louise!😱😍 Thank you for sharing this beautiful process👍👏
Thank you so much Yen😘
I would love to see this in some violet and purples these look like flowers to me. I have birds, so I’m sure I couldn’t do something like this at home but man oh man, what I love one of these.
Thank you, Memphis, I can definitely do these in purples and violets, I’ve frequently made custom based on peoples color palettes or preferences. I’m sure you can do this even with the birds.🧡
Love this color palette! Great analogy with the bedspread. It looks beautiful with the resin.
Thank you, 😘August, who think that bedspreads and bricks would come in handy when explaining how things work on the bloom😂
Absolutely beautiful as always, Louise. It reminds me of those old film noirs.
Thank you, Byron, yes, it does Harken back to the old black-and-white days🖤🤍
Love the monochrome palette,ms Louise💜😍,just 2 colors creating wonderful results 😍😍💜💜💜
@@resinartists Sudha😘, thank you so much, yes this monochromatic pallet is very classy and timeless.🖤🤍
Louise, I love when you do what most people think is "easy", but I think Monochromatic work is harder to accomplish then colorful artwork. You have such a knack for adding just the right amount of each color, upon each other, and then blowout the paints, so specifically all around, as to make the colors move with each other, but not over each other. I'm probably not saying this right, but hope you will get "my drift" about it 😉 And your cell activator is the best 😊 which I am having a fit with lately...Well thanks for another great video and looking forward to your next one 🤗☺❤
@@JudeKluegel thank you so much, Jude, and yes, I get it. So much of this is in the subtleties. I seem to work a lot on feel and sense! And yes, this monochromatic pallet is a little tricky sometimes to work with. Once again, I appreciate your support and your comments.🖤🤍😘
Wow this is just awesome dear ❤
Thank you so much, my friend🧡😘

Everyone that I talked to. loved taking your class in DC this week.
I had other classes but hopefully someday will get into one of yours.
I was able to buy this color palette you just did in 2 of the canisters.
I love them.
Wow!!! And thank you for sharing that with me! I gave my class all I could and loved working and coaching them all!!! Idk what the future for teaching brings, but we’ll see! Thank you 🖤🤍 tell your friends and help my channel grow!
I can see all kinds of possibilities. One of the things I learned to do with paint, was to put about a couple of tablespoons of water on the paint, if water based. On Oil based paints, about the same amount of mineral spirits. I would adjust the amounts for smaller containers. I found that it would prevent goobers. The paint reacts with the air in the container and drys on the surface of the paint.
That sounds really cool Ozwald, so many processes with painting and outcomes, this sounds intriguing!
Thanks!
Awe, thanks so much Jerelyn, I SO appreciate you doing this!😘😘😘😘😘
🧡🧡🧡🧡
Thank you Jerelyn!🧡🧡
Me again. Dolt that I am. I was perusing your information, were you mentioned being a Quality Control manager, in a place were you worked for colors. I don't know how I forgot this, but I was a silk screener put transparent colors on glass.
You’re not a dolt Ozwald😘 cool we have things in common!
What varnish do you use as a base on the lazy Susan? Is Gesso another option? Just curious if it would do the same. And have you ever just use regular acrylic paint as a pillow and why? I love the fact you use American Floetrol sometimes? I don’t have Australian. I really love your art. It’s beautiful. Thanks. Oh where did you get the wooden lazy Susan?
Hi Debbie, I have used primer before never gesso but it’s all the same, all the other details to answer your questions you’ll find early in the video. Go in and check it out
Beautiful Louise! You are one of my inspirations! Can you tell me how long you wait after making a Lazy Susan before you resin it?
@@DripDropArtCreations thank you drip drop, 😘and welcome. I often share this kind of information and in this video, I mentioned it at around 13 minutes 30 seconds, depending on the weather I usually wait at least 10 days up to two weeks before I resin it.
@@LouiseMcKayArt Thanks, I must have missed it. I watch all your videos! Love your vids!
@@DripDropArtCreations thank you, I understand, there’s always a lot in there!
Louise I am in love with this piece. Simple colors that so elegant. I am speechless. One thing I'm curious and I've seen a lot of people where they add the pearlescent Amsterdam paint, do you mix it one to one with your iridescent Pearl by golden? TIA 😊
Thank you, Lisa and yes, this is how I call it out in the video at around three minute mark Goldens iridescent Pearl w/
Amsterdam‘s Pearl White
I have what I thought was a lazy Susan about 12 inches and I had put aluminum foil over it and then put boxing tape to keep it clean. I went to move it the other day and for some reason looked at the bottom and it's not a lazy Susan it's a small glass spinner. So I was thinking could I make a lazy Susan out of it on glass? I don't see why not. Your thoughts on priming it with something just so or something. Thanks in advance.❤❤❤❤
I’m not quite sure I understand what you’re explaining here, but if it has a glass top as long as it’s thick glass, I’d say you could certainly pour on it
Beautiful
Thank you so much, Rosanne🖤🤍
