  • This is the 10 Movements of Massage Qigong with 10 Fingers.
    Practicing this Qigong will help you to improve your Health, Strengthen Internal Organs, and Prevent a lot of Illness.
    You can Practice repeating each massage movement from 60-100 times. It takes 10-15 Minutes a day to enjoy this exercise will be very wonderful.
    - Movement#1: 1:20 Relax face, make face healthier
    - Movement#2: 2:36 Strengthen and heal heart
    - Movement#3: 3:54 Reduce headache
    - Movement#4: 5:30 Reduce toothache, headache
    - Movement#5: 6:55 Restore energy when feeling tired and exhausted
    - Movement#6 & #7: 8:12 Strengthen immune system, internal organs
    - Movement#8: 11:14 Balance sugar levels; prevent diabetes
    - Movement#9: 12:14 Nourish eyes, make eyes more bright

    I used some of the Qigong techniques during my Olympic athlete years but didn't know what they meant; however, I could see the immediate benefit, and continued to use them in my lifetime. I'm a believer of energetic flow that connects us all, humans, animals, plants, universe.

      HI Lisa, I was the same feeling dead, and lifeless, I looked into my diet and why I was having so many physical anomalies...
      I dismissed my pain , because I thought it was the reaction symptoms of COVID having same symptoms
      So I was expecting my body to bounce back, I thought I was physically in balance....I was not, the foods I was eating the wrong carbs and more sugar that I didn't know was my main culprit to being sick all the time... mind you I am not a fast food fan nor am I a carnivore
      I'm vegetarian from birth.....so I could not figure out what was causing me pain discomfort and also bouts of constipation....
      I kept searching everywhere for answers or others who might be experiencing the same.... I noticed itchy rashes appearing in my skin , as the area healed over another rash appeared on my skin, this was not a good sign.....
      I removed all foods I used to eat, replaced them with non gluten and all sugary toxic foods...
      I have always loved greens and wild edible greens ...FREE from my garden...
      So more fresh greens and wild plants for me....
      I also did a detox tincture. Of lemon oil and vodka I extracted the lemon oil essence inside a jar of vodka ....2 weeks marinating
      Then combined the lemon vodka liquid - equal parts of clean water added some sugar....and began taking small amounts of the lemon liquid to rid any parasites lurking in my gut......
      My diet is simple, my body craves only the best possible organic nutrients ....
      These massage sessions will help me to rebalance my meridians , I know I need to regain my balance...

    These exercises strengthened my liver. I feel great. Now I go to my feet for my kidneys. They are so easy to do for a lazy person like me. I thank you everyday when my hands are moving for great purpose.

    My first time learning Qigon techniques, and I love it. I have arthritis in my hands, I wasn't able to close my fingers completely, today after I did this exercises using my hands as acupuncture for my body, in the end of the class, my fingers were more flexible and I was able to close my hands completely! Amazing how everything works applying the breathing and relaxing my body. Thank you Master! ⭐🙏⭐

      After breaking my wrist a year ago which was set badly my right hand is like a claw and my shoulders have very limited range of motion. Hoping this video will help me.

    I did fracture my wrist in September and it has left me with a condition named " frozen shoulder". It is very painful but with your Qigong exercises I am finding that I can stretch and almost touch behind my back without really bad pain. I will not give up!!

      Frozen shoulder! I got frozen hip because of lockdowns and sitting SO long at home prepping all the necessary tech for my students on my computer. Glad I’ve found the leg strengthening videos here. Best wishes to you as you struggle with your frozen shoulder.

      @@QigongMeditation Master! Please show a technique that can, without any pain, naturally and automatically release my 'locked' Right Elbow that prevents 'full-straightening' of my Right Hand and also restricts the movement of my Right Hand Little Finger connected to my Right Elbow.
      This condition is because of a fall I had, with me landing on the floor ON my Right Elbow 2 years ago .My Right Elbow was put in a cast for 90 days and when the cast was removed,my Right Elbow stayed 'locked' at a degree and does not allow me to hold my Right Hand straight...and makes my Right Hand look like a 'disability'.
      Please help release my 'locked' Right Elbow and my 'locked' Right Hand Little Finger, Master!!!

    The Qigong massage is very nice, I always massage my body my ,egs my feet my eyes my ears my face ...but I never did this this way before....I will dedicate myself every morning to the healing massage exercises....
    Listening to hertz healing frequency also helps to improve ones heath and well being....

      PB if you have migraine, massage your middle fingers, at the joints and along the fingers and then go to your temples and massage your temples. Do it hard 7 times each location and 3 times a day. People with migraines for years can get rid of it permanently after 3 months. You should feel relief after the first time.

    Thank you for your reply and I have started to use this video and have found in the first two days a great response to my body and tired legs which are much better and can stand longer and with the clapping of the hands I am now having a longer day and less fatigue after 15 years of trying acupressure points and yoga and meditation this has been the most wonderful boost of energy which makes my day go so much further and achieve things that I could never do before.

    I started doing this 2 times a day to get rid of right shoulder pain and it instantly gave me relief - truly appreciate this! Just wondering how many times should I perform daily. Is there any disadvantages if I perform whenever I get chance. I meant to ask what is the maximum limit to perform daily? Should I do it according to symptom or always needs to perform all? And also do I need to take any caution if I have any existing health issue(s)?

      I just started doing the ten finger exercises. I woke up with a condition I used to get with migraines. There is a halo of color and light that obscures my vision. It generally only lasts for a half hour, and I don't get a headache with it. However, today it started at 9 am, and I am still getting the halves at 2 pm. I was desperate to get rid of it as I can't read or do anything now. I just did your 10 finger exercises and concentrated on eye exercise. There is very little of the halo left in my right eye. Thank you! I am going to do this again before bed.

    Thank you dear friend for your gentle healing teaching...I recently broke two bones and tore tendon in my hand. I wore a cast for 4 weeks now a splint these exercises I am sure will help my heal better...as I still have pain..Namaste ..
