  • Orvis fly rod repair - www.orvis.com/fly-rod-repair....
How will Orvis get me back on the water in as fast as five days when my fly rod breaks?
The unprecedented quality control and enhanced manufacturing tolerances we’ve realized in the Helios, Helios 3, Mission, and current model Clearwater and Recon rods have made it possible for us to simply send a new tip, tip mid, or butt mid-section to replace your broken one. Please follow the simple steps for getting a repair and we commit to getting you back on the water in 5 business days. Although our standard shipping alert on the checkout page will list 5-7 days, we will upgrade your shipment to 2-day. We're looking forward to seeing you out on the water and hearing your valued feedback. For broken butt sections, you’ll need to send your rod to us for repair.
**Subject to replacement part availability. If parts are not currently available, you will need to send in your rod for repair. Standard turnaround time for repairs is 4-6 weeks from receipt of your broken rod.
Your rod is eligible for this program if you have a serial number on the reel seat and your rod is an Helios, Helios 3, Mission, Recon, Superfine Glass, Clearwater or Encounter.
**Mission, Superfine and Encounter are limited to tip replacement only.

Orvis rocks at this service! Unfortunately, I've had to use it too many times. BUT, thankful they have it. So does TFO and Douglas.

Not only did I throw my sage in the garbage I am buying all vices for my clients. Nothing sage will ever be on my boat only Orvis from here forward I’ve been told by so many people to switch to them. This gentleman is being generous when he says six months in the beginning of the video we’re talking eight months to a year if you break your rod from Sage and you’re lucky if they fix it for free it Hass to be at least $1000 or more otherwise you’re paying $100 each, thanks 💌 for showing me this video. I’m definitely making the switch to you guys.

This physically hurt to watch..... I know in my heart that these rods were probably old or sections that didn't make grade, but it was still rough to watch

Thanks Tom and I am in Orvis lover and have been for 40 years. However, my all the rods that I have broken seem to be unfixable also, it doesn’t help to be in Sweden.
Any suggestions on how I should go about fixing the tip on my Trout series rod, for example?

What about older rods. I have 5 Hydros rods. Still need to return if it breaks? Best rod ever.
