When I was younger, as a teenager, I used to think Mike looked like a superhero and wished I looked like him.

So i've done 3 hours of cardio today and got it out of the way early and uhh after seeing this, i'm certain before bed tonight i'm gonna be inspired by this to get some triceps in haha, and not call it a day. All these new videos your coming out with Mike, has really re-sparked the enthusiasm for training like i had when i was a teenager so will be real interesting to see what happens because of that, so thanks for such frequent content. These guys worst enemy is time. They're certainly putting up one hell of a fight. There's no fountain of youth, but I believe exercise and nutrition is as close as it gets. I'm 55 and training for 35 years, I'm in the same battle. In the end time gets us all.
