This seems to be a very common fault with this washer. No Display and only make the power up / power off chime. Easy fix and the parts are under £2 ebay part: www.ebay.co.uk...
Hi Dean, thanks for your video, it looks like it helped lots of people and I am about to be one of them. I am a bit stuck though at pulling out the board out of the plastic case, I've been scratched away all the resin around the board, it still doesn't come apart, not even a bit. Any tips please, is any other screws or something that holds it together except the epoxy resin? Any advise with that , much appreciated. Kind regards!
LG and Samsung are the worst brands to use for appliances. Samsung makes awesome phones but they make horrible appliances I do appliance repair, Samsung and LG make the bulk of my repairs

@@deanhutchinson3848 Thankyou for reply, I did manage to get it working by forcing contact, however don’t really want to leave it like this, so have ordered a new control panel. Out of curiosity was is simple to desolder and fit a new relay? Was thinking to keep this one as a spare.
@@neals6940 once you dig out the resin it's faily easy to remove the relay with solder wick or a desoldering pump . I would give it a go what have you got to lose ?
If you buy the new part can you just replace whats is there or do you have to cut it out and re-solder? mine has just had exactly the same issue you mention. Great video
you do have to de-solder the old one and replace it... the hardest part is removing the pcb from all the resin. Be carful and only use something plastic due to some very thin tracks that run very close to the edge of the pcb. Also make sure you have unplug it !!!

Hi, Mine just died and hit the main residual current relay. Now there is no life in the display. There is power after the noise filter at the entrance. The door cannot open. The machine makes a faint click sound approx. every other second, like a relay being pulled over and over again - without effect. Does this sound like the same problem you had?
@@charlinebrain5985 mine had broken wires at the motor,make sure you unplug mains first. Take off back panel,is your motor mounted bottom middle?check wiring open the wrapping around the wires mine were clearly severed.
hello, mine stops at 32 min, and it can't start the spinning, i unplag it, let it 10 min off, plug it and it take the program from where it stopt or sometimes when i plug it again it starts a new program.
My samsung front load throws code 4e. All mechanical parts properly working. Changed pressure switch and water inlet valves. Still 4e. The washer keeps filling, then the 4e code comes on. Something is not sensing when the washer has adequate water level and keeps filling
I think error code 4e and 4c are related to the water inlet system. sometime the little filter get's blocked up in the feed pipe maybe worth looking at. I did have the same fault once i repaired the pcb and a track running around the very edge of the pcb had been cut which i managed to repair.

This is the best video on the internet for the eco bubble! Is it safe to bend the pins on the relay to force contact? Thankyou very much for the video
much better to replace the relay but it may get you working short term

Hi I've got the newer one to that .when I turn it on it makes the noise ext but no lights no LCD. Nothing on at all you maybe same problem

Wouldn't the new board come with new relays? Or were the both boards relays bad?
