- **UPDATE** 4/27/17 IT HAS BEEN ABOUT 5 MONTHS SINCE I INSTALLED THIS FLOOR. I'm getting a lot of questions about whether it has lasted or not. Good news! It still looks like the first day I put it down. It looks flawless, easy to clean and low maintenance. I still love it!
The work continues as I try to finish my bathroom remodel. Installed over existing vinyl floor. I purchased this Casa Italia floor at Lowes for $1.28 per sq ft.

Good job girl. You did an absolutely amazing job doing that yourself. No one would ever know that wasn't professionally installed. Great color choice too. I'm about to do this on about 300 square feet for my grandmother lol hopefully mine comes out half as good as yours did
This is the exact tile I've picked out and I'm installing it this weekend (hence coming to RUclips to search "peel & stick tile installation")!! I'm glad to see how well it went down, looks great!!
Hey there! Good choice in flooring! It really is super easy, just a little time consuming if you have different cuts to make. Good luck to you!
I was just at Lowes and saw that color and thought it looked too dark but it looks great in your bathroom! Thanks for the video! You offered useful tips.
This was great! Thanks for making this video. I want to do my living/dining room and this gave me the confidence I needed! God bless.
Looks awesome! Great job! Getting ready to do my entire kitchen and hallway so this was inspiring to see! Thank you!
Hi Aracely thanks again for an amazing tutorial, you inspire me to do things around my house !!!

I have the exact same flooring (same color we well) throughout my home! Love it love it love it!!!!! 😍😍
I am installing these same tiles in a lighter gray...thank you soo much for this video!
I think I saw some at Ollie’s like that. Gorgeous you did a great job. Now I’m going to have to go back there and get some knowing it’s not as hard as I thought it would be. Thanks for sharing.
Not lying araceli i watch you sand that floor a few times and you did a excellent job on your floor.
Love it!!! I’m thinking of doing these exact colors on my kitchen floor. Well done girl
This look so great!! I'm ready to do my own now!
Really great to the point including visuals how to. Great finished product. Thanks for sharing this!
Wow thanks I never seen this type of flooring before. Great job!🤗
This looks soooooooo good ... wow!! Great job...
You have me excited!! I'm going to close on a house in October 2017 and the kitchen floors are those ugly black & white squares.. I don't make enough to hire a professional to renovate certain areas.. I want it all vinyl wood look. I just seen I can use another type of tiles for my bathroom walls which are that ugly pink. It was build in 1954.. I Love how you did your floors.. Gives me joy to see what I can do in my house. Thank you!!
Looks great and glad to hear it's staying good. I'm fixing to start my project. Thanks for the video help!
Thank you for watching and good luck on your project!!
Great job! Turned out beautiful.

Thank you for sharing this! Gonna transform my upstairs bathroom!!!
Super Cute, love the colors too, Great job girl!!💖👍🏼😊🤗
Thank you for the tutorial. I have been looking for.some ideas. You make it look so easy.
I laid the exact same tiles in my bedroom and it was super easy and looks awesome, it has been about 4 mos and no problems. I paid under a buck per piece and they took back any extras that I had unused or cut.
Looks great, nice job! Beautiful color too!
Absolutely beautiful and awesome job!
This look so beautiful 😍!!! Great job 👍🏼💪🏼
I am using the exact same flooring in my RV remodel. Thanks to your video I can get an idea of what it will look like when its done. We have good taste! HAHA.
Yes we do!! lol
Glad it seems to have held up. To anyone doing this kind of tile or any flooring honestly- don't let water pool up and stay on it. One these tiles it could go down the crack and unstick them in time.
Worse than that the core is glue and sawdust and the core will rot very quickly.
Can we use a mop to wipe it when we cleaning
You are sooo good!!!I need the level.I got some today!thank you for the motivation.Wish me luck
Good luck my friend, you can do it!
Thank you for sharing....I'm doing the same for the kitchen..if you need adjusting. Can you peel it off an redo?..or, you put it on an that's it?..
Absolutely incredible!! Great video and thanks so much :) Starting mine next weekend because of your motivational kick in the butt LOL
Awesome! Thank you 😊
Have you every worked with the one that lock together at the edges
That looks great.....U can explain it at dinner whenever u want
Im actually going to give it a try too! Bought peel and stick tiles for my bathroom as well! 🤞🤞
You’re awesome! I want this type of flooring in my whole apartment except for my daughters bedroom. She can keep her carpet. I have 2 puppies that i need to potty train and it has been such a hassle. Shampooing the carpet every other month is not good enough. I need something that I can clean easily and have it really be clean. 👍😊
Shampooing carpet is the biggest scam in history. Pull up any “clean” carpet and look under the foam at how dirty you really are living!
Very instruction and stress-reducing video tutorial. This job is coming-up soon, and I am ready. Thank you, Araceli, for your assistance. And you floor really does look great! Best Wishes, Wombat Willie #:^)
Just saw this and you did a great job!!
How is this holding up?
I’d imagine over time it would peel up since water would affect the adhesive?!
I just ripped up the carpet in my room to put new flooring then i realized i have know idea how to do it. This help SOOO much!!
Btw does anyone know how well this works on wood subflooring
Great job did you ever considered interlock vinyl planks it doesn't have adhesive back but it interlocks because I have same old flooring as you.
Great video, what color is the Vynal you installed its dark just the color Im looking to get soon and how is it holding up thanks?
This might sound dumb but you can mop the floor right? i just wanna make sure it won’t damage the flooring
it is beautiful love the color..tfs
Linda Young thank you and thank you for watching!
Lovely job...very professional!
This was very cool
Great DIY vid
Good job
Came out really nice!
Nice job on the video. Simple yet infromative
Thank you :)
Wow looks nice the way you did it
Omg this is really nice!!!
Love it!!! From start to finish, how long did this project take you?
Great job really nice floor👍
Thank you for this video ! I want to give my office a makeover and I want peel and stick flooring. I Love how you made it super easy to understand and you didn't have 1 million steps that you dont need. You definitely boost my confidence in trying a project like this
Thank you! Good luck doll!
Great job!! Looks so nice ! I have a quick question , does water get in between the cracks and cause it to peel back any? I have 6 kids and several cats and am wanting to rip all my carpet out because I can not keep up with shampooing it constantly due to being sick and disabled with Lupus . They get alot of water in the bathrooms and I am worried it will get water in the tiny spaces between the pieces and worried it will cause it to peel . My husband nor I know much about laying flooring other than the basics so this is our best choice considering we have no tools or experience . Has it held up to spills and water ?
Really beautiful and I love the color!
+Sarah StaRoth thank you!
It looks very nice.
You did a fabulous job.
OMG so cute!! thank you for this video I'm adding it to my favorites
Awesome, thank you!
Good job, can I do it over on cement concrete?
Thank you for this teaching👏🏻☺️
Thanks for this I'm going to do my kitchen
Thanks for the video instructions. Is the floor still good?
I was thinking about doing the same thing but I'm afraid the peel and stick floor will dip in to the tile grout lines over time. Would you recommend levelling out the grout lines?
Honestly, I didn't level my old floor and the floor is still good as new. Seriously looks like the day I laid it down!
Good job, looks great.
Love it looks very professional!! XO❤XO💘XO❤
great job .looks really good .getting ready to do a camper and I am really scared .not good @ cutting and measuring .hope it turns out as good as yours .
Thank you so much! Don't be scared, it is quite easy. The hard part is cutting sides that are uneven, so maybe your camper will be ok!
I want to do this in my apartment since we rent I would Like to know if you can peel this off at any time without damaging the floor under it.

This is a great video! Thank you for sharing. Keep up the great work!
Braxtly Tools
Excellent job!! There’s no seal over the top to help with a more water resistant floor?? I am def doing my bathroom like this!!
I should try this for my dollhouses
i gottah do this next week. Hope it comes out OK.
This is gorgeous where did you get it from
I want to do this in my room. There is hardwood flooring but it is old and uneven. Is it still possible to put the peel and stick vinyl over it?
Ace Khmer just get it refinished.
Did you have trouble cutting it length wise??
What was the size of the room and how many boxes did you use?
But would you see the joints in time? And does it affect the floorheating?
hi update for your vinyl?is it long term?
Is the vinyl suitable for bathroom n toilets? Is it water proof? U can't help the floor getting wet while using the bathroom.. i don't like the whit tiles in my small bathroom this seem to be a great idea
I put this exact vinyl in both my bathrooms. I did grout mine and have had no issues.
Wonderful when you know how good job.
Hi! I just bought a 40+ year old mobile home, and the carpet in the master bedroom was really nasty and trashed, I removed it along with the padding, and thinking about getting the peel and stick planks from Lowe's. Just worried that they will not stick to my particle board sub floor.
Maybe if you put some extra adhesive it would work?
The floor looks great! Just wondering if you had to caulk where the floor butts up to the shower / tub?
Thank you! Yes I did :) better safe than sorry
Would this work in a garage concrete floor? Laundry room in the garage trying think of ideas make it less depressing to fold clothes in there
I’m sure it would if it’s level.
Any updates?! How does it look now?
hi i messed up i put my sticky tiles down at the end of putting my tiles down they won't stick to the plywood because it's at the end of the plywood floor what can I do
I would love to help you, but you may need to clarify...
looks great! I'm gonna do this in all my bedrooms. Get rid of the old carpet.
Thank you! Good luck with your project as well! We are definitely thinking of getting rid of old carpet also!
Wow i just bought this today. Can I put this over porcelain tile or it would look weird?
I'm sure it would look just fine!
Nice job on the floor
Omg, you did that. Awesome
Is it easily to peel off when you no longer want it? Jw
How s it holding up after 4 years?
did a good job , I see how you aligned the title vinyl
Great job!!
Is still there?I mean does it still stick until now?any flaws or something?I am planning on putting it in my room after I get your reply.
It’s as good as new still
I bought these today actually but having issues with them not sticking. So going to buy some adhesive and maybe that will fix the issue.
Oh man, that's too bad. I hope you found a solution. Mine have been in place and looking like new for almost a year!
Great job! I'm gonna attempt this also. What color was that? It looked dark grey by TrafficMaster.
Thank you! It is Casa Italia by STAINMASTER
Loved your video!
I’m gonna try and put this down on top of wood, does it stay in permanent tho and hard to get off? Or show clue if u try and get it off
I really couldn't tell you, I haven't had to remove any of my tiles. Sorry!
How did you cut around the toilet hole
I just drew out the curved lines on the tiles that went around it and cut them :)
We're about to do it to our new coffee shop.
Looks great. Thanks for the Vid
