Vegan Pumpkin Spice Protein Mug Cake Recipe:
45g buckwheat flour
30g vital wheat gluten
2 tablespoons of sweetener of choice ( I used baking stevia)
1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1/2 teaspoon pumpkin spice
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
pinch of salt
30g pumpkin puree
16g almond butter (optional) * or substitute for 30g of pumpkin puree
4oz cup water
Vegan Pumpkin Spice Cheesy Sauce Recipe:
1/2 block of silken tofu
60g pumpkin puree
15g nutritional yeast
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pumpkin spice

Many many thanks for this video ! 1/ you look amazing and to know IFBB I can say that your level is the fruit of many many months of discipline and efforts,congratulations 2/ guuuuuurl this bowlcake is BOMMMMB totally macro-friendly and I made it twice this weekend (aka everyday haha) and never thought about adding VWG in bowlcake! I usually use it only to make my own seitan and this idea is GENUIIIIIS many thanks! If you have others recipes with VWG other than seitan I would be sooo glad to know it! I freaking love pumpkin spice! The Pumpkin O’s used to be my addiction a few years ago. I’m worried that if I purchase it again, I’ll eat the whole box in less than two days! Anyways, if I were to film a full day of eating with everything fall-related, I’d include pumpkin granola, air-fried kabocha squash, homemade pumpkin pie, and a cinnamon-spiced stir-fry with tofu!

I have treats every once in a while, but I do make sure that I can fit a chocolate piece into my macros every day so I don't feel like I'm depriving myself of anything. I don't make a habit of big treats!

Have you found any good tofu based mayo recipes? It’s the only condiment I still buy bc I 💛 mayo...but I feel id be much better off making my own low-fat no oil vegan mayo with tofu .

Recently caught on to your channel. Sadly wasn't staying consistent in vegan diet my first year. Because I ran into a soy intolerance that didn't know I had. But took a view at your channel and a few others and decided that I should help others go through the vegan lifestyle as well as, I found a lot of useful tricks making some of my stuff from scratch. The difference now is I'm gonna hold myself accountable and stay on as I felt so much better when I'm on it. Also as medical provider it is better to lead by example, the more the reason right?! Did you cook the zucchini noodles?
No I did not, I like them raw. If you want, you can place them over medium heat for 5 minutes to warm up. The sauce was hot enough and I massaged the sauce into the noodles and it was just right.

I live in Finland and I'm sad that pumpkin things aren't popular here. I never even had pumpkin but everyone hypes it up so much so it must be yummy!
Oh no!!! If you don't have or don't use it, you can easily substitute sweet potato or carrot puree in any of these recipes to get the idea! Look up a homemade pumpkin spice recipe on Google! It's so easy and just a combo of easily-found spices.
