I loved a flight you did were you made lies and sliced in food processor. I have been doing this every week since that vlog, putting the slices in wraps and on pizza that I make and sinetines just eating a few on their own. You did a nugget version which is very easy as well. I found that if you marinade the nuggets before baking I was able to make the best vegan Caribbean Curried "Goat" ever. I am so happy with this. And now "meat" balls!!!! And again quite simple to do. I an not a body builder bit am in my 50's and eating a vegan diet. I need higher levels of protein due to my age, so I am loving just how simple this is doing it your way. Thank you
Great advice about letting the food cool down before you put the lid on and put it in the fridge! My lids always get water on them and then my food is gross, now I know why!

I asked in a comment if I could substitute soft tofu for the eggs and hhere was his reply: Why would you want to do that? You’d be turning a weight loss shake into a weight gain shake. Absolutely not! Tofu runs about 50% fat! Higher in fat than T-bone steak. Since your chickpea curry tofu has been part of my meal prep for awhile now, I'm wondering if I'm derailing my goals. Just one question about your overnight oats...you mentioned you add the “wet” ingredients the night before, but you don’t mention what you use as a wet ingredient and it’s not listed in the recipe. I’m assuming a non-dairy milk like Almond Milk, or water, but what do you use and about how much? I was going to make it last night but didn’t have wet ingredients in your recipe!

I have! The chocolate is so so good! One of my top favorites... It's perfect! It's too expensive though. It cost me around $60 for only 15 servings...I don't want to pay that much for protein.
I eat a flexible diet all year round even during competition prep. Around 3 weeks out from a show I eat pretty plain and boring to keep things predictable. If I crave something, I can always make it fit my macros. I like to start prep anywhere from 16 to 20 weeks out from show day. I like to give myself enough time to make sure that I'm ready.
Botanica Perfect Protein is great, 4 ingredients and no stevia/sweetener. I don’t agree with pea protein which is usually top 3 in most plant based proteins! Also brown rice is very gritty unless paired with other sources ☺️
Have you tried any of the other 1 up nutrition vegan flavors? I forget what else they have but I tend to be more of a vanilla girl so wondering if that one is good!

You have to track what you're consuming for a few weeks to figure out what your baseline calories are. From there you adjust. decreasing to loose bf or increasing to add muscle mass. - With workouts, you have to track your progress. You want to make sure you're progressing. Strength gainz = muscle gainz - Is different from person to person. - If you're unsure how to start, I recommend getting a coach.
I tried the beanballs and epic fail. OMG, they looked sooooo good, and had an amazing texture. But the taste? First batch way too salty and as much as I love garlic they tasted like garlic powder. I made a second batch and again I’m not sure what the problem is but they are not pleasant to eat. My hubby and older tried and didn’t enjoy them either....help!

I've been trying to make my own too. I sometimes get lazy buying store brands. Homemade taste so much better.
