I've started eating tofu mousse weekly now because of this video. It's filling, tasty and doesn't leave a gross, fatty taste in my mouth. I even have my husband on board. Recipe: standard tofu, soaked dates, cocoa, salt & vanilla essence.
Add kala namak to the tofu scramble to give more of an eggy taste. I think this is my favourite vlog of yours. Love the different tofu recipes. Plus, your body is GOALS ❤

PS only nutritional yeast that is labeled as fortified with B12 contains that nutrient. I happen to have a non-B12 version and take a sublingual B12 supplement.

I had to use cooking oil spray so that my tofu doesn’t stick and get my pans and grill ugly and a hot mess. Do you you anything to not make the tofu stick to the grill?
