      A'ap kerti Hain samagh a'a te hai ba'at k A'ap aik khatoon Hain magar hum logon (male) k lye Ghar k bahar ki walk 1 hour is very much better than 5 minutes Ghar ki exercise.

    I'm 68 years old and I daily perform power walk in the ground for 36 minutes with full speed keeping straight arms .
    I totally agree with Dr Basra Sahib, to do these workouts at home.
