This young lady presents in a calm, reasoned voice with a professional attitude that I wish our own bradcasters would copy. I've recommendedthis site to all my friends.

Why are Chinese companies not able to invent products ?? Have you ever seen a good reliable product coming out of a Chinese company that went from R&D, marketing, EHS testing over to a legal and loyal branding ? Honda actually did sue China successfully, but not on all occasions. You see Honda has tried to sue various Chinese companies probably nearly 10 times by now, it's always difficult to win in a Chinese court however, but some of the examples have been so egregious that Honda even won in the Chinese course, for example Honda won in the Shanghai court against Chongqing Lifan, that company was forced to pay Honda damages. However there are other companies that Honda tried to sue and failed, it would have won if it was held in a neutral country, but it's hard to win in a Chinese court against a Chinese company, so most end up in losses, but in the most egregious cases the Chinese court has to pretend to be at least partially reasonable.
