I used to live there & drank the water, drinking the chemicals constantly. I'm surely going to die of cancer from drinking all the chemicals. The forever chemicals are one of the terrible examples of many ways we human beings have been causing a massive amount of damage to the global environment. But there is no other planet we can "escape" to. Truly, how are kids going to live in the future? Planet drowned in plastics, garbage, chemicals, carbon atmosphere, animals extinct, etc. Surely we can do better for our planet home & find ways to stop the escalation of ongoing damage.
I'm glad you said used to. I Judy watched Dark Waters the movie. It's really sad what we have done. The Native Americans and The Amish (plus a few more unknown groups) seem to be better stewards to our earth. With the way this world is going, we may have bigger concerns if Russia, China or Iran ( or our country) decides to start a nuclear war. With the exception of the children of the world, I just would care too much if it does happen. Looking for to my Heavenly home with The Father.

Honestly, I got thyroid when I was 7, probably from my mother. And she started living the urban life just two years before having me. Then there’s my uncle’s daughter, 7 years currently, recently diagnosed with thyroid. I will not be surprised if even trace amounts of these chemicals have contributed to my and my cousin’s suffering.

No chemicals in McDonald's fry bags, just in the plastic fries.I saved some from 3 years ago and they haven't deteriorated yet. They resemble plastic.
