To me he still looks the same, but I also realize that was thirty-two years ago. It’s hard to believe where the years have gone. I agree with him on this aging thing. It’s hard to see yourself changing, but it’s just part of life. I love how down to earth he is in this interview.
Not really, Stallone looks way healthier for instance, and they're almost the same age. Arnold abused roids way more than Stallone and it took a toll on him.
I wouldn't say he's my hero or anything, but he was lead in some of the greatest sci-fi horror/action movies of all-time. T1/T2/Predator are all perfect movies in their genres

He also said a lot of muscle makes little sense when you're older. Yet he still pumped himself up, likely because workouts just feels fantastic. And it's expected of him.

A true, human success story. I'm learning more about Arnold now at 76 than I did when he was 36. Bravo, Arnold. You can only go on for as long as Nature lets you. All we can do is make our Mark and hope that the younger generations learn something (positive or negative) from us so they don't make the same mistakes we did. I've been a fan for decades, Arnold. He had trouble looking at himself, even when he was winning Mr Olympia and many people regarded him as having the perfect male physique. Body dysmorphia can effect anyone and happens to body builders even more so. I'm not sure if they become body builders because they're dysmorphic or the body building causes them to obsess about every teeny little imperfection.

At 76, you’re not going to look the same as you were at 26. Compared to other 76 year olds, Arnold still looks great. You have to stay in your category. If Arnold were to compete with other 76 year olds, he’d still be at the top. Forget about competing with 26 year olds. Those days are over.

i started aging at 20... i'm not even kidding.... i felt my athleticism starting to leave and the quality of my output waning when i trained.... that's the drawback to starting when you're a toddler, we all get about 15 great years, it's up to you how you use them... i mistimed mine a bit
