This segment reminds me of the story about Arnold meeting Mark Hamill in the 70's and asking for advice. Mark's response was "Change your name and lose the accent." it's why Mark says he never gives career advice anymore.

I paused it but you make me want to continue the video since it’s so rare that an interviewer isn’t so starved for attention, truly uninterested in the guest, or short on time that they allow the conversation to truly breathe.
I hate interruptions but a close, close second is when the guest says something profound and of-depth…and the interviewer simply moves on to the best question on his/her list.

Have listened and when available viewed 90% of the Literally podcast productions. This interview is by far the best to date. While I don't agree with all of his views/approaches to life, Arnold is the face of what America can produce if you are willing to do the hard work, legally. Thank you Rob, Arnold and God Bless America.

I don’t know why Arnold never acted as a German. Someone should write a story with Arnie in it about the Nazis, Austria, the allied forces, etc. Drama or action. I’d watch that.

Professional and amatuer athletes across the world in so many sports ultimately owe their muscle building acceptance and strength training discipline to the documentary, "Pumping Iron". The charismatic Arnold Schwarzeneger wins Mr. Olympia against a larger and more jacked Lou Ferragno but getting Lou to focus on getting even larger instead of "more defined". Arnold transforms the mid-'70s "muscle bound" freak bulky stereotypes "lifter loners" into engaging body sculpting performance artists. Throughout the movie, the sex appeal Arnold exudes in shifts the long-standing negative image of bodybuilding forever.
Quickly athletes who would not consider getting "muscle bound" learned to properly lift for power and agility and used that knowledge and hard work as an advantage over their competition. It really elevated the performance of athletes and this paradigm shift can be traced back to Arnold, the body builders at Venice Beach and Gold's Gym.

Here's a reminder people that Arnold Schwarzenegger was already a multi-millionaire before he started acting. His body building afforded him an entrance into the real estate market where he flourished
