    Ingredients
    400 gr rice washed and soaked in water
    200 gr mung beans washed and soaked in water
    100 gr onions chopped into cubes
    10 gr garlic
    5 gr curry powder
    10 gr salt
    5 gr cumin seeds
    100 ml sunflower oil
    5 gr red chili powder
    400 ml water
    100 gr Cherry tomatoes halved
    Method
    1. Fry the onions until golden brown
    2. Add in the garlic and fry for 2 minutes
    3. Add in the red chili, salt and cury powder and stir well for 1 minute
    4. Add in the cherry tomatoes and fry for 3 minutes.
    5. Then add in the mung beans and stir well
    6. Add in the water and stirr well
    7. Cover with a lid and let simmer for 10 minutes.
    8. Divide the rice over the pan and add in the cumin seeds. Stir well for 2 minutes
    9. Make holes into the rice and cover with a lid and simmer for 15 minutes
    10. Remove the lid and stir well. Make holes again and cover with aluminium foil and a lid. Steam on low flame for 45 minutes
    11. Serve with salad or white beans qorma
