Her point wasn't just that her husband was laid off. It was the last movie she could take her daughter to and who nows that special thing they could of done together. When people go to movies they want to be able to forget what's going on and focus on the movie not some bratty kids annoying them constantly throughout it.

This is extremely stupid. This is a personal problem and my parents have gone through more at the movie theatre than annoying teens. Try some rude disrespectful self-conceded moron of a boy from school finding you, sitting behind you, and dumping his family's sodas over my mom and I's heads, proceeding to laugh. And his little sister who was FOUR was the only one who apologized to us. That kid didn't get prosecuted from the movie theater, even though the usher was right there watching!

It means that you can't spend money anytime you feel like going to the movie theater, because you don't have a job to spend the money on the movie. This family was in the process of looking for a new job, but in the meantime, this was their last movie! You'll find out soon enough when adulthood hits you in the ass and mommy and daddy aren't paying for everything anymore!

tbh I get her point. Being loud and obnoxious ruins your chance of enjoying the movie no matter how hard you try to ignore it. I went off at some grown adults today for having a loud conversation during the first part of Uncut Gems because I was trying to understand the main plot as well as the 2 subplots. I live in a small rural state where you have to drive at least 2 hours to see a film. So going to see something that is being buzzed and has been on my radar since September requires a hike. But this really shouldn't have been broadcast for news

this reminds me of when i went to a concert once. There were 2 girls sat right infront of me both stood up and waving their arms, they were asked to stop but they didn't, me and my friend had to stand on the seats so we could see the show

@@bayman50cal Eh, we were kids at the time (around 9 or 10 years old I think) and we weren't very tall, and I'm fairly sure we asked the people behind us if it was okay with them. Definitely won't be doing that again now that I'm older, though lol.
I had a similar situation. Thankfully though, the girls were kicked out of the theater. They just couldn't understand why they were being asked to leave. Maybe because for the first 45 minutes of the movie, they were talking so loudly not even attempting to keep their voices down, talking on the phone, texting, and running up and down the isles. Mom and dad were apparently shopping elsewhere in the mall. If you didn't teach your children how to behave properly, don't send them to bother everyone else while you shop. Simple as that. My three year old niece was being well behaved! Even she would look back at them like "what the hell is wrong with you idiots?"
