I love that you started using the oat milk. I've been trying to put people on for years, especially if they don't like the taste of almond milk (like me). The unsweetened vanilla is low cal, the texture is little thick imo so I don't use it for like thin cereals (like special k, or any type of corn flake) but the taste isn't bad at all and I use it for most everything else.

Totally agree about your kids teeth being a representation of you. So often I see kids with silver caps in their whole mouth that I’m like “did your parent not teach you how to brush your teeth or do they just not care you’re cavity central?”
I agree as well and always felt so judged when people would see my kids teeth because my son had four front top teeth were silver by the time he was 1.5 yrs old never knew what happened came to realize every kid is different because I never was shown or told to brush my teeth and they aren’t that bad for now that I do take care of them.
Dental is expensive. Not everyone can afford great dental care (unfortunately) but Canada is changing that thankfully and for many families it’s becoming more affordable.
having a procliviity towards getting cavities can also be determined by genetics so I wouldn't be too disparaging about it
What I noticed is where I live (not the rich area of town) the dentists often use caps as “preventative care” and don’t really care about how it effects kids and their parents

You're not crazy , I said the same thing-- I went to Food Lion the other day, saw HUGE pumpkins for only a few bucks. When we went to the pumpkin patch last year, spent like $15 on a medium sized one lol

This is not supposed to come across as shamey, but I highly recommend helmets for all when riding bikes! I’m a moderately experienced casual rider, but I had an accident last year and broke my arm in 2 places/got some nasty road rash, but my helmet saved me from a head injury. You’ll never regret wearing one, but there’s always a chance you’ll regret not wearing one.
I’m currently reading acotar hoping to get through the rest this month also same with the magnolia parks covers I’m ordering the original covers because they should have left them
