What a legend, struggling with Parkinson disease and pulls this off. He actually learnt from scratch how to play a guitar and do this song especially for back to the future....They dont make em like this anymore....
From what I know, playing guitar actually eliminates Parkinsons or similar effects while playing, because the parts of the brain used for that are not affected. This is why Johnny Cash could play guitar without shakes. And its probably the same reason why those with a stutter have no stutter when singing.

Sadly, it’s not ‘Parkinson’s... it’s ‘Aspartame’ (artificial sweetener) poisoning, which displays similar symptoms to ‘Parkinson’s. After years being ‘Pepsi’s poster boy & consuming copious amounts of their product..! But you won’t read about that in the paper..! Hmmm... I wonder why not..???🤔
I'm very impressed that Michael J. Fox despite his serious illness always has opportunities to perform and that he performed, sounds as in the movie. Great respect for each band, which allows him to perform live. I get goose bumps to see that.

What an inspiration MJF is for me and anyone out there who feels limited by any sort of disability they may have or for anyone else in general thinking they have nothing to offer the world. My grandfather had Parkinson's and for him to even move in his bed was difficult because he had very little control over his body...and here we have Michael J. Fox braving the same disease the way he does. Not to compare the two but just to bring about the fact that Michael J. Fox is an amazing person. I am so inspired by this man.
Big respect to Michael J Fox that he can play the E-Guitar this perfect despite to his Parkinson disease. A family member of mine has Parkinson and I know how hard even the easiest actions can get when you have Parkinson. I'm deeply impressed!
