I want to thank you for this wonderful video. Your step by step, starting with the easiest fix and building up to the complete replacement of the pump was brilliant. I found your video trying to find out how to fix and ERROR 37.
I had already found out that 37 was the error code for a pump issue.
From previous experience, I knew how to check the filter and had already done so. It was clean. I had also shone a torch into the filter cavity and saw that the pump impeller was clear. Everything looked good, but when I tested the machine, I could hear the pump motor was humming but not driving the pump.
So I googled the problem and found your video. The moment you said to try and turn the impeller, I realised that I had not thought to do something that is now obvious.
So for a second time, I took the filter out and shone my torch in but this time I tried to turn the impeller with a screwdriver and lo and behold, a piece of metal that had been in pocket dislodged and bingo! The problem was solved.

Great video, so easy to follow thank you very much for it!!. Did have problems reconnecting the top hose but got there in the end. The problem? A fifty-cent coin was stopping the draining. The coin must have been there ages as Queen Elizabeths head was well and true eroded away. Many thanks again for saving us heaps.

Thanks for the great video explaining this. I found two coins!
One user error I'll mention in case it helps anyone else. I was not pulling the hose out far enough. It got to about 10cm and resisted going further. I didn't want to damage it, so I stopped pulling. But the water in the drum wouldn't drain. Finally I gave it an extra tug, got the full 15cm and it drained perfectly. Took ages though, there was a lot of water.
All sorted now! Love that coins seem to be a common problem. Like a nice small $ reward after the hard work. 😂
Awesome vid! Totally fixed my machine and I thought it was headed to the tip. The drainage hose was also very very built up with sludge so removing that and blasting it clean made a huge difference as well.. 👍🏼

I cut a garden hose and led it to a near by drain to empty the water from washing machine.
I cleaned the filter and ran a drum clean cycle. The machine works except if I attach the drain pipe to the tub trap as it was setup up previously ( i had to replace the s-trap pipe in the tub it broke) then the washer will not drain and the error 37 comes back...if I leave the hose off the trap it drains? Any ideas is the pump worn out? The cycle works fine as long as the drain is not connected and just flows out.
What kind of grease needs to go around the edge of the new filter?
Lets see if your help me video works out, we've purchased a brand new washing machine anywhoo but will be interesting to see if this fixes it, found some drill bit like piece of steel in the pump and a small button in the black rubber diaphragm in the gits of the machine,

Hey bud. Love the video. Can be you help with a different error I'm having. When I start a cycle my machine will drain all water. No water goes into machine. Sort of like a bypass. What's causing this. Also is it an possible to reset the computer on these machines?

I press the power button and it lowers itself back off. I’ve done the open the door 6 times to try and reset but it hasn’t worked. Any clues on this?

My problem ended up being the siphon that connects the drainage hose to elbow pipe was blocked. I only discovered it after I bought a new washer machine which gave me the same error message
Did everything besides replace the pump and still having same issue .. keeps telling me to clear filter .

I am getting a CLr FLEr flashing error and alarm sounding. It happened on spin- I cleaned filter - found a hair pin - plugged back in but showing same error - any ideas 🙏🏻
I’d say might be weak pump. Or there is something stuck in the pipes

Good clear vid/instructions. Mine has nothing blocking it but has error 37. It pumps on different settings and not on others - any clues? Need new pump maybe?
Might need new pump. Before that please check that there are no coins stuck in the pipes

Hey there I was just wondering if you can offer me some guidance. This video of your e37 error is a similar one to what I am experiencing with my fisher and paykel front loader atm which keeps stopping mid cycle with a clean filter fault even though I have just cleaned the filter after every previous fault? Do you think my next steps should be to pull it apart and order a new filter pump?
Hi mate. Might be a coin stuck in the pipe or a sock something obstructing the water from coming out. A new pump would be good idea as well. But if you’re in a budget you can follow the pump replacement video and check the black pipe
@Mr Washy Washy okay i guess i got to pull it apart. Would you be able to point me in the right direction of a new pump, and what grease do you recommend when replacing the pump?
100% mate I know this may be a little late for you but I had the exact same issue with mine and it's the washer/dryer model and did it today just cleaned pump not replaced but and it's back online 100%. Cleaned out the drain hose as well it was full of sludge.

Hi did you clean out the black hose under the washer the one that gets water from the tub to the pump housing. There could be a coin in there. Failing that if it’s stuck with error 37 and won’t do anything. You can take off the top cover. Two screws behind the top cover they face down. Once you remove the top cover.There will be a blue water pressure sensor on your right. Disconnect the connector that goes to it, turn the washer on. Turn it off and reinstall the connector. After that it should hard reset the e37 error
My son bought a F & P 7.5kg washing machine from someone and drove it back to his house (about 10 minutes away) but the washer was on its side. Now it wont spin and error code is coming up. Is this fixable?

try pouring hot water in where the soap is other wise you'll have to dismantle and unclog the rubber hose that goes into the drum from the soap dispenser
Hi, I have this exactly wash machine and it’s leaking from the soap dispenser only when 7 minutes left jst before the spinning circle starts. I’ve opened and cleaned the hose from the soap dispenser to the drum once it seems to fill up and leaks. I thought something was blocking it but nothing was there. Please, what else could be causing this leaking? Thank you a lot

So I've gone through all this and now its started just telling me Err 37 as soon as it turns on. Can't get past that part.
I had this error and have replaced the door lock, the cycle began but now the tub won’t rotate and the error started again.
Could this be another issue?
Hi Error 37 is usually a water drainage fault. Have you checked the pump ?
Looks like i put the machine on its side the wrong way and now the display is giving issues. The Key Lock light flashes on and off and the playpause button isnt starting :(. Any suggestions?

I have one of these probably 1 year or less, it just stopped working? Clothes in the machine, I Drained the water, tried a different power point, like zero electricity getting to it🤷🏼 does anyone have any ideas?? Appreciate any help pleases and thank you 😊 🙏
Hi 1 year means it might still be under manufacturers warranty so ring em up and they’ll help you out. No power usually indicates faulty main board
