The other one is nice and bright but it has a weird ratio of 15:10 which is good for reading websites but terrible for watching videos since the black bars are very present. Its very bright and when I wake up its when some displays a white screen since this a IPS screen calibrated to a cooler temperature so white is very bright but the colors are very accurate. It has a nice contrast for being IPS with no light bleeds. I just tested the CNBANAN its DP3 even though I like the colors of INNOCN OLED and my iMac screen better

I saw one (which is how I got here) that looks a lot like the 1080p Innocn, by LC-Power in Germany, but it's more like the 4K-version, battery and all, and also in the 600-700 USD range. - I would bet that it comes from the same factory as the Innocn, though, because it seems to have the same design, same shape, same stand, same font as the 1080p-version, but a different name. (Perhaps it's through the same company?) And it's described to be a Samsung-panel on its website. - Also, I saw one short written review on the Uperfect, and it said that they had black lines within a year, but despite the warranty claiming up to 5 years, they wouldn't honor it. So probably be extra careful with it. - But I really want to try the LC-Power, which seems to be superb, but the price is quite high for my budget. Still, it has a lot of applications it could switch between, like a second monitor, a control-panel, an art-tablet, just a replacement for a tablet or laptop in general, or a monitor for something like a console such as a Steam Deck. - 4K might be a bit overkill for the size, but why not at that point. I do want to use it like a "photo perspective checker", like a different perspective from my large monitor, which can be deceiving having such a big image at arm's length, and seeing what it would look like a bit smaller and in a narrower frame. - But of course it can just be a great panel on the side for anything, or again to attach to a mobile device. - Yes, I'm kind of excited about it for some reason. Just geeking out. XD Thing about LCDs, however... While they might be solid for most static stuff, anything in motion like video and games and the like... LCD just doesn't cut it anymore. It's too slow, especially at 60Hz, but also just the pixel-latency. It's fine, but once you see it, it's done. - Then there's the contrast-issue or at least the blacks. I just got an IPS-panel by LG last year that cost me like 1300 USD or something (sorry, I live in Euro-land), but then my dad got an LG G3... which I helped him choose, but had to help him mount and set up. I was reluctant to do so, because I thought I'd basically get red-pilled by seeing and really getting to know an OLED-panel... Well, I was right, I already want to replace my LG IPS within about a year. Not that it's bad, it's a great LCD-monitor, 38" curved ultrawide 1600p, 10bit, high contrast, blindingly bright, HDR-capable, up to 160Hz... But that backlight-bleed is kinda disgusting. And I can pretend there's black, but there isn't. - Now considering an LG Flex of all things. Sure, it's a different case for a side-panel as more of a tool, but if you also want the image to be... say, more fantastic than great, it will have to be OLED today. - This was probably the last LCD-panel I'll spend money on. Sorry for the review, just my thoughts. 😄 Oh, and thanks for the DPI-P3 checker suggestion, I don't have any measuring-equipment, so it's interesting to try.

@@Universe_Energy quite frankly, I haven't used it at all. They did give me three years of warranty though so I'm not super worried. Man Amazon's going to love you for that lol yeah the problem with these Chinese brands though is sometimes they'll change actual stuff in their product and not tell you and so you have to be careful but there is some good Chinese brands. And the OLED what you're talking about it's really designed for like USB type-c with a phone or or something that then the tablet it's basically turns into a tablet to a point
I have the Virzen OLED 4K monitor. A few things.. in order to enable OLED, HDR mode must be turned on. Turned off, the panel suffers from awful backlight bleed and the blacks are too bright. However, with HDR turned off, the color profile can be calibrated perfectly to the MacBook Pro. HDR turned on, the color profile is awful. I can’t calibrate the white to look true white. It either looks blue/white or red/white which really bothers me. I’m hoping the uPerfect 4K OLED doesn’t suffer from the same issues.
Sorry to have to tell you this, but if you can see light bleed it’s not an OLED screen. OLED screens have individually lit pixels, meaning there’s no backlight and therefore there can’t be any light bleed. On OLED screens blacks appear truly black, because those black pixels are literally turned off and emit no light. OLED is not something that can be “enabled” or “disabled”.
yea ikr? i found that strange too.. sooo many portable monitors from unknown brands. I did see one from ACER which is known, but so many obscure names out there that gets me hesitant..
The problem with cheap Chinese brand equipment is the fact that reliability is very hit and miss and a lot of it might last six months or a year but most of it does stop working whereas more reputable brands like LG, ASUS etc...work for years and years and a lot of it can last a decade. I've had a lot of Chinese brand things from Amazon and nearly all of it lasted no more than a year with much of it stopping working within months, some of it stopping working with weeks. Italian, German, American, British etc...companies who have manufacturing plants in China have FAR better quality control and as such better reliability than Chinese brands who also manufacture in their home country. Chinese standards for quality are low but non Chinese manufacturers like Samsung, LG, ASUS etc...they manage to keep manufacturing quality high and use higher quality parts inside the equipment. Chinese manufacturers use the cheapest piece of crap parts inside their items and that aded to the much lower manufacturing quality control is why Chinese brands are in my opinion just not worth buying.
You support arming and funding Nazi terrorists with taxpayer dollars that could help the homeless and hungry in America? Maybe you need to do more research on what’s actually been happening in Ukraine for the past decade instead of looking at monitor videos. If you’re getting your information primarily from US mass media, you are not informed, you are indoctrinated. Think of every war they ever sold you, then remember they were lying to you then too. America isn’t the white hats… We are the terrorists.

I've purchased multiple portable monitors in the past and had lots of issues with stuck or dead pixels. Has anyone experienced this before?
Just curious, do you feel like 1080p is a bit low in terms of resolution compared to the MBP?
yeah, sponsored video, with affiliated brands ) well done )))
Actually no, I purchased all of these with my own money! 🤣- which is probably a bad sign of screen addiction :-)
thanks a lot verry profesional
1.25x is his normal speed lmaoo
Glossy Screens are terrible for day time working...
good video
Man Amazon's going to love you for that lol yeah the problem with these Chinese brands though is sometimes they'll change actual stuff in their product and not tell you and so you have to be careful but there is some good Chinese brands. And the OLED what you're talking about it's really designed for like USB type-c with a phone or or something that then the tablet it's basically turns into a tablet to a point
Good info but useless for me since they all 60hz
Hey you still using the innocn oled monitor, if not you can giveaway to me. I stay in the US.
Is that common?
Go to starbucks and work for several hours?
Im from norway,, it is not a common thing to do here.
Here in the USA is it very common to go a local coffeeshop and work.
They all have that Matte look though, is there a glossy one thats better for wathcing sports etc.
The INNOCN OLED models are glossy
Check out the “Espresso” monitors.
Do people really "work" (their regular job) at starbucks?
Is oled 1080p or 4k ips better for watching TV? I work once in a while while travelling
I would probably just opt for the OLED 1080p one for traveling. It's lighter, and the colors are spot on.
FFS can't one of these companies make a 200 dollar 1000 nits do-it-all camera monitor/extra monitor, pseudo tablet?!?
Thank you for being #StandWithUkraine
why aren't portable monitors made by known brands
yea ikr? i found that strange too..
sooo many portable monitors from unknown brands. I did see one from ACER which is known, but so many obscure names out there that gets me hesitant..
@@heyjeySigma they're actually surprisingly highly well built... But yeah weird
All of the known monitor brands have portable monitors. I wished this review had included some of them to compare them to these cheap ones.
@@stevealexander7772 really? like which ones? I don't see them
@@frblaze2 I just ordered a new ViewSonic. ASUS and Dell both have portables. Basically, all of the monitor manufacturers have them.
Mine is ARZOPA 15.6" IPS HDR 144hz with 2usb-c + hdmi mini for just $130 😁👌
I got my 15.6" monitor for only $114 after tax including the price for overnight shipping😁
Why not just buy a tablet instead of a portable monitor?
Cos portable monitors are flicker free whereas tablets are not
Cos some people like to use multiple displays especially for creating.
Can you advice some more reliable brand monitor?
@@Andrew-7324 Try LG or Asus they're both excellent brands.
Do you have an opinion on the Espresso Display (espres.so)?
Thank you for video, and also thank you for support Ukraine! Glory to heroes!
Is this Stephan Bandera?
nice review but extremely tacky and unprofessional that u buy 4 displays than return what u don't want . no wonder retail prices increase.
Thanks for supporting ukraine
I have the MacBook 16” thanks for the vid
You support arming and funding Nazi terrorists with taxpayer dollars that could help the homeless and hungry in America? Maybe you need to do more research on what’s actually been happening in Ukraine for the past decade instead of looking at monitor videos. If you’re getting your information primarily from US mass media, you are not informed, you are indoctrinated. Think of every war they ever sold you, then remember they were lying to you then too.
America isn’t the white hats… We are the terrorists.
Dah ! Go back to what matters. Price.
You are need AR glasses. )
