You can set windows to know which touch screen goes to what display. Go to tablet PC settings in control panel (yes even if it's not a tablet PC) and run the setup (you might have to do this twice on some systems) and it will ask you to touch each screen. After that it should detect each independently.
Are you talking about the program MultiDigiMon.exe ? I made a shortcut to this command on my start menu so I can run it every time my touchscreens get messed up from disconnecting screens: MultiDigiMon.exe -touch
I got the Asus rog Swift 27 inch 240 HZ OLED monitor off of eBay for $425 and it still has the peel on the stand and everything, it's a whole another level of badass OLED kicks ass
Thank you. It would be helpful to demonstrate and speak about pixels per inch and how useful the displays are for office use with documents and spreadsheets. Thanks again.
They also do a dual 1920x1200 for ~$340: s.click.aliexpress.com/e/_DCHsHoD

I don't get the touch issue problem. I often use my Surface with an external touchscreen or an other surface wirelessly and never run into this issue. As for using it with a Mac. Apple devices don't support displayport MST, so even if you have one with more monitor support, it would only drive one screen.
Picking this up because it fits my needs so incredibly well, used your affiliate link. I do wish you delved a bit further into the stylus experience, how a digital artist might fair with it for painting/sculpting. I'll write out my experience here once I've had some time to use it.
, not touch issue was dealt with a long time ago. The driver implementation is the limiting factor now. I deal with touch screens on a regular basis, working with POS systems, we never had an issue where the touch is registered to the wrong display except when driver implementation by the manufacturer is faulty. I've got displays that no driver is required and they register touches only on what is displaying on them.
I know you keep saying you dont take money and reviewers dont have editorial control and they see it when we do -- but I also keep forgetting and it's incredibly based
Honestly, you might just give 1600P a try. I was able to use these at full resolution with no scaling just fine. 4K might be a bit too dense to be usable without scaling on a 16-inch display.
@CraftComputing - I have a Asus G16, when at 100% scaling, the text quality is just too rough/harsh. Sure, a small amount of that is likely the OLED pixel arrangements issues, but clarity is just rough being a programmer. 😔
We have 16" 4k OLED Monitor is on testing process, it will be published sooner. Or You can check more OLED monitor at our official web. We look forward to having you as one of our valued customers in the future!😄
I really dont understand your remark on Windows badly handling multi screen touch, I have a ASUS Zenscreen Touch MB16AMT, and I have the same issue as you in macOS but using windows, using the touchscreen, the mouse is called back to the correct screen. I really think it is a driver issue, so not windows fault but the screen manufacturer. Hope this comment helps someone.
@@CraftComputing I used to think this, too, until several years ago when my father bought a Lenovo laptop with a matte touchscreen. It looks pretty decent and finger smudges are less obvious on it. I do not believe it is stylus enabled, but can't imagine there'd be any reason why they couldn't embed a digitizer matrix.
Damn I was hoping I'd be able to use this on my bare metals I'm in the market for a display with VGA or ability to use an adapter. Plus yikes $550 for just the displays that's wild lol
You should colab with Greg over at How To Drink and come up with a Tiki themed PC for him to stream and game on while inventing a Nerd's perfect Tiki drink!
@@CN_SFY_General I am skeptical of that statement since the manufacturer website lists hardware limitations and states that Windows and MacOS are supported, as well as 2 generations of iOS. No Android support nor Linux is listed.
Honestly ... why whiskey stones? They kind of suck. Their thermal transfer sucks, like so much it's much better to just use some plastic mold that lets you get spheres. They have great cooling effect and they don't cause dilution too bad. Whiskey stones just suck, like probably way easier to just chill the glass, less risk of chipping teeth and probably cools similarly.
Because sphere molds still has dilution. Chilled glasses have less thermal mass than stainless whiskey stones. There are a million ways to chill your drinks, and this is the kind I can put my logo on.
@@CraftComputing I'd rather deal with the dilution than the lack of cooling of whiskey stones. Most of my whiskey is taken neat, but that doesn't mean I don't like it on the rocks from time to time. Stone just don't seem to cut it.
I know this is a productivity focused product, but no 120hz is a dealbreaker for me. I use two 120hz 1600p 16" screens in a vertical stack when on the go, and I'd be totally down with replacing them due to the built-in hinge, if only the replacement had 120hz as well.
Tbh I entered the link and I find actually really well priced. You can even choose between touch and non touch versions and it doesn’t cost more than 2 panels separately
...video editors and content creators who need pro-feature and color accurate monitors in a portable package. Graphic artists who want a stylus. C'mon man, I listed all of these in the video. Just because a product isn't for you doesn't mean it's bad.

@ I didn’t say it was bad, I just think it’s a ridiculously niche product that is probably exactly not what a large number of viewers would even care about never mind buy! Maybe there are 1000s of on the go content creators who need all these features, I don’t know, but I would say this was more a business expense than something a home labber would want. I’m just confused who in your viewership would want this and what percentage of your viewers this is even aimed at.

is there any Linux support?
@@sathanas65 Yes, we do support Linux.

Would be interesting to install a Nintendo DS emulator with this screen and the stylus
Thinking about how you have to circle the whole screen for some mini games makes my head hurt.
I've been watching your videos for years and this is the first beer you've reviewed that I've been immediately interested in!
This is sick but 700 is too much. Would also be cool to see 2 1080 displays with a built in battery. Would be a game changer for portable anything.

He probably just don't know how to configure a touch a screen in windows. It's not that obvious for beginners how to map a "touch array" to a display.
This review is really good!

Every time Jeff drinks beer in his channel he reminds us that he normally does not drink beer, he drinks only when it's a very special one.
I recently got an oled portable monitor and my goodness it’s so good. It’s from a 16in asus laptop

Our upcoming 16-inch 4K OLED monitor is set to be the perfect companion for your laptop.😄
That's very cool and useful. Amazon has an additional 15% off coupon currently on it.
I bought one one month before for almost 700$, it's a little bit costly, but it's good.
This monitor along with a GPD win mini or win max 2 is the configuration that I would prefer the GPD Duo to be.
"Through the magic of buying two of them..." - sorry, wrong channel!
Are these monitors actually 100% accurate when it comes to displaying color or have 100% coverage of the spectrums they were tested in?
I put color results on screen. 142% sRGB Coverage, 99.8% accurate. 102% DCI-P3, 97% accurate.

that would be great to add to my gaming PC, keep discord open and keep an eye on system resources and other shit
Not at that price!
key word I used was "would", 700 clams is a bit steep for a niche product
Price aside, the displays are rather small. Not worth it for a stationary setup.

Dual screen emulation will cool
I don't know why, but I hadn't even thought of firing up Citra. Gonna have to do that this afternoon!
a couple of obvious problems: mid-priced matrix, OLED, 60 Hz, it's also glossy.
Can't have a touchscreen without glass, thus the glossy screen.
