I believe that’s why people are a bit envious, because dr Gundry works to find out things. Godspeed Doctor and thanks for your dedication to humanity.

I have been eating according to Dr. Gundry's Plant Paradox low-lectin food plan for two years. I have experienced greater energy, less food cravings, and overall improved health. I'm convinced that healthy gut = healthy body. I am now focusing on eating more fermented food along with pre-biotics. I look forward to diversifying my microbiome and seeing how my health continues to improve!

I have spent thousands of dollars for many years trying to find out what was missing in my body that made it react to almost everything I ate, until I found Dr. Gundry. I started to understand what the problem was, started his lectin free diet, I enjoy it very much and I can already see the difference. The organisms in my gut are celebrating my new diet. Sometimes I think that they ask me, “Why did it take so long to get our message to eat what is good for us and for you?”

I heard on another interview that many canned beans have already been pressure cooked. They just need to be rinsed to eliminate all the sodium and then heated.

It’s just like life in our universe, we have to find balance , between good things, bad things, using our discernment. That’s how it works, I believe.

Buy pasta from Italy, bake with ingredients that are not fortified. And you will see that there is no reaction as if you are in Europe.

I understand that science is very dynamic but come on! Next book we will find out that lectins are not your enemy as you supposed all along? Stay tuned!
