    Do you do any passive stretching nowdays?

      Yes. I practise both active and passive methods, particularly for middle split.

      Keep the feet fixed, neutral shoulder width stance. If you can try to keep the weight as centralised as possible in the foot

      I’m not intimate with the FRC system. So I’m not sure. From my cursory understanding I think this is different.

      These have been AROUND long before that name and "method". Also, if done solo in public, we call these the creeper 😂
