If you guys wanna know why you get startup error is.. because you probably hold the button for 5 seconds to shut down and you should not do this because it can corrupt the files causing startup errors

What do I do now
The fix for me was to boot into a separate hardrive with windows installed on it. I imagine reinstalling windows will fix your issue.
None of these videos help just install windows 11 on a usb stick and boot your pc with it
