I can’t believe I haven’t tried the Pull ups x Push up burpee before! But this 100 x 100 rep challenge is awesome! I got a huge pump and deffo great for gains!! Try it out and improve your push ups and pull ups!
The workout:
10 pull ups x 10 push ups (alternate)
10 sets
1 minute rest
