    📺 There are many variations of the Burpee, it usually is pretty difficult.
    Tayo followed the Iron Wolf method with a 6 count Burpee best for beginners. One simple calisthenics movement tests both your strength and your endurance. It is safe, you avoid uncontrolled movements compared to jumping variations and you can check your pace easily.
    The key to strict burpees is the 6-count cadence and maintaining good form through each position. This movement is done for strength improvement and perfect reps. Every position must be hit for them to count.
    1. Begin in a standing position, with arms at the side and feet a couple of centimeters apart
    2. Count out loud „one“ and go down to a squatting position, with hands flat on the ground and arms inside the knees
    3. At „two“, throw both feet to the rear, fully extending the legs with knees off the floor, weight resting on hands and toes
    4. Go down for a push up and count 3 and 4 while getting low and up again
    5. At „five“ jump back to the squatting position
    6. At „6“ stand up
    7. Hit your contracted stomach and count the number of repetition
    Try to do 100 reps straight and set one continuous pace.
    Counting out loud will make this exercise even more challenging, you will get used to it.

    Skip the jump. Master the strict technique of military burpees, increase the reps and you will build a foundation of strength and stamina.

      Great advice! Focusing on mastering the strict technique of military burpees is an excellent way to build a strong foundation of strength and stamina. Skipping the jump can reduce impact on the joints while allowing you to perform more repetitions with proper form. It's all about finding the variation that suits your goals and fitness level. Thanks for sharing this valuable tip! 💪👍

      Nahhh you get way fitter with the jump involve. It becomes a real savage exercise for proper athletic training. Some people just dont like pushing themselves tho i guess

      Without the jump u can get more reps so it's actually better for your muscle and once u get tired the jump form becomes trash anyway so its better to do them without jump@@stephenY96

      Are u dumb or r u are dumb? The OP meant what he/she said for if the one who did burpee is a begineer. So its best to build a foundation for the strength necessary, build foundation frst, then do it more with more reps. All in all, what OP meant is only for starter, so that the people who just started doin burpee are not injured easily,or exhausted easily. U might not need it, but its necessary for some ppl.@@alext5497

      Imo you need basic theory before practice: watch a 30sec video, learn good form and then do it. Poor form is the perfect ingredient for injuries..

    🎉is jump not necessary or is it for beginners

    • @Pushment
      @Pushment  Месяц назад +1

      For beginner but also considering a set of 100 without a break will make your muscles fatigue and you want to execute clean movements throughout the whole session. A jump after 70 repetitions only becomes a risk to injure yourself! That’s for your comment

      Don't kick your feet back at first just step. And do the push up on your knees. Also pay attention to where his elbows are, not straight out nor tucked into the chest.

      😂 any movement is extra! When it comes to a burpee. It trips me out people that say what u just said. That just means u have no core. The strike is very beneficial because it HELPS you tighten up before going down sir

    • @oldnatty61
      @oldnatty61 4 месяца назад +1

      @@Godaboveall24_7 First, the strike was never part of the original movement developed by Royal H. Burpee. Nor is it part of any of the variations adopted by the military. Second, it is a waste of time that allows for unnecessary rest. Third, if you can't tighten your stomach w/out hitting it you got problems? Fourth, it's goofy as fuck for people that haven't done time to copy the prison style Burpee. If you aren't Moses Cuevas or a legit dude that did time stick to the regular style. Fifth, the dude ain't even hitting his stomach.

      Ok, thanks for sharing your thoughts. However finding the reason for this stomach contraction actually took me an hour of research until I found a video of Ironwolf, where he explained why it is recommended to do so. I was always overpacing and using this method helped me to find a constant speed throughout every set of 100 reps. Yes I didn’t know and after this challenge, I was at least better in this regard. Cheers mate

      @Seegie16 28 дней назад +1

      @@Pushment You could just stand at attention after each rep. Like iron wolf used to do in his first 20 videos or so. The stomach thing came from burpees king and moses and its supposedly to get your abs used to a sucker punch and its wicked gay if you arent in prison. Yes you could use it as a metronome but you could just squeeze your abs and glutes or stand at attention and put your hands to your side of your thighs like they do in the army.
