    I do burpees everyday for 25 min 200-300 6 counts
    Burpees saved me !!!!!

    I love burpees!
    Do 120 one legged burpees in approx 35 minutes. Feeling so good afterwards.

    Lovw him is really effective when you doing them a high rate no breaks. I think its better when you set your max an just put your music an vibe out minds is 100× every week💪💯#HealthIsWealth

    Doing Burpees is very very good but not everyday. Muscles need resting time to develop and cure fibres damaged during exercises. Doing workouts everyday why not but not the same exercises or muscles groups 🙂

      Well i do burpees everyday 25-30 minutes between 200 -300 reps
      For 5 months now
      My body adapted to the intense workouts no days off keep pushing and fighting everyday

      @@Lolslos90 i lost 8 kg’s of fat my weight only dropped with 1 kg ! Much more muscular and way stronger !
      I do easily 125 burpees without pause
      In the first 2 months i was in so much pain i thought i was dying everyday
      The body had to adapt the joints neck bones everything changed… now i know if i do my burpees i will feel so satisfied the whole day its the best thing in the world
      I highly recommend to anyone! Doesn’t matter the age etc… everything improved just because of burpees!!!!!
      And my own consistency and discipline

    Form form form!!! Matters more than the numbers themselves. King Of Burpees form is perfect. But not sure where is that video. So this one is almost as good.

    This whole video no one did a proper burpee. The pushups look ridiculous lol

      I was going to post the very same thing. King of Burpees has great form and skill ability. Most of the ones in this video look like they are doing the Worm which is a dance move in Break Dancing. Then what is with him all the way to the floor? You stay inches from the floor.
