    I used to lift school bag for bicep, i slowly overload and it get heavier until it reach around 8 KG, my school bag are really fucked up now. There's big hole and ripped part. My mom keep mocking me about it 💀. Now that i think about it, buying weighted vest is pretty good idea, i can hit chest, tricep, back, legs

      They technically do but only in the static position at the top. Like it’s the same sort of reason gymnasts have big biceps bc of all the straight arm ring stuff that puts crazy strain on biceps + tendon.
      Either way it’s wayyy slower than pull ups

    The backpack curl is the exercise I did all the time in school and people would laugh at me for it until they tried to do it and realized how heavy the damn thing was!

    Reverse PU definitely targets biceps especially in straight arm strength, whether the fatigue to hypertrophy ratio is good for it is a different matter

      Absolutely! I saw the biggest difference when I started doing RPUs as a warmup. No, they're not curls, but they made a noticeable difference with me. I could feel my biceps being worked

    The Maltese lean is a pretty effective exercise for biceps actually. However, it's just good for the short head, u still can affect the long head by using narrow grip and imagine that u try to raise the arm outward but that's not enough pressure for the long head in my opinion.

    Ok! If can't do this try towel curls.
    All you have ro do is put the towel between your legs and curl, keep tension on the biceps throughout the whole movement do 3 to four sets of 45 sec with 15 sec rest and you'll feel a very crazy pump in your biceps, it's going to be awesome.

    I used to use my back package before I got a pair of resistance bands.

    That isn’t the only way. Another way you can build your biceps Without equipment is that you can lie down face facing the ceiling on your couch and put your fingers on the edge of your couch, then pull your arm to make a curl motion.
