I might just be late to notice, but the editing here has really improved! The music isn't anything special, but it reallt brings energy to the videos. Nice job!
I actually never did even one of his training programs, I just enjoy how this is always so chill and open minded with the way of life lol, so i always listen carefully
I used to be able to pull myself around anything and everything, and now my muscles are so degenerated I was grieving the loss of the abilities from my childhood. The exercises you've shown are perfect ways to rebuild those muscles, because I can see exactly where I would have started using and then honed certain calisthenics as a child. Knowing I can get back into that gives me a new hope I didn't think was within reach and now I am more excited than ever to exercise
I’m struggling with sport due to bad body image but watching your videos is really comforting. I appreciate your healthy and positive aproach, take care friend!
Hey Hampton, thank you so much for your videos. I went from 0 push-ups to 10 push-ups consecutive and I am very happy. I followed your plan and allowed my strength to build with knee push-ups. Again thanks,
Some people put effort to look cool (nothing wrong with that)... for others it comes much easier... Yet this guy might be the coolest guy on the planet even when he's asleep.... those vids have just as much spiritual value, as useful they are in physical/mental health aspect :) So glad this channel exists
Hey, I would love to see another healthy cooking videos those were awesome. Also how to boost your testosterone is a great topic you could make longer video on that. Have a nice day bro
If there was a video on this channel about how to do a planche my life will finally be completed. Thank you Hampton for your awesome and informative videos
okay I gotta say, I love how you talk and explain stuff. I'm going to start exercising more and just getting stronger to help with my joint problems. I love your channel btw!
Bro, there was so much useful information in here, and you doing cool exercises while I learn it, trips me out. I had to watch it like 10x but Def. Saw some Cool stuff to work up to with the progression.
That was awesome. 40 years ago I was the pushup king of my class. I also weighed about 35 pounds less, which probably helped. This gives me motivation to push myself. Thank you.
I watched some of your old videos abt pushups and a full body routine. And i made one myself now i feel more productive everyday . Thank you! Love ur content
Yes, tricep workouts always messed with my joints. And the triceps are for pushing, the biceps are for pulling. That's why I would do chest and biceps at the gym and back and triceps the next day. Just so I don't over work one while doing the other.
Awesome videos Ive been doing a workout routine 60 girl pushups, 60 situps, 60 squats, 30 curl ups, and I walk for about an hour to two everyday. I have noticed some results already.
I think a video or short on common mistakes/bad form during excercises and a solution could be really helpful. I have personally been doing leg raises wrong for a while bending my back alot while doing them. but found out that i could do it without arching my back trough raising my shoulders and head. I would like to see what other excercises i may be doing wrong/poorly to get the most out of the excercises.
have just started following your videos! starting from ground up since I have nerve issues and was just wondering about some triceps exercises! Thanks so much
Did 5 sets of 20 straight bar dips. 150 Pullups. And 300 decline pushups for my workout today. Sometimes I'll add a 20 lb pack for my first few sets of pushups or pullups. If my joints are up for it that day. Straight bar dips are less strain on the Shoulders for me, but a little harder on the wrists.
Not sure if your analytics will agree with me but I *personally* prefer these kinda videos without the background music - I love the raw element of your voice guiding me. I thought I’d say in case you weren’t sure! Part of the crew :D
You mentioned joint hardiness and I have to say that that is one of the biggest issues I have and would love tips on joint health, as I'm constantly afraid to push myself after fucking up my knees while trying to start a running routine a few years ago
A very good exercise is a flexion-extension with the forearms using a chair You can modulate the difficulty with the gap between the feet and with the size of the chair

Biceps would be really nice as there isn't really much bodyweight bicep exercises I know of (except for chin-ups)
Could you please do shoulders (delts)?
trapezius or biceps please
Biceps
