There are several factors needed in programs for building 6 pack abs quickly. One place I found that successfully combines these is the Toms Magic Shortcut (check it out on google) it's the most useful guide i've heard of. look at all the super info .

I'm gonna do this every day morning and night for a couple of weeks and see if it works! I've already done it for one day combined with a butt workout, so it's 6 minutes instead of 3 and I feel like it's already been doing some difference!!

just finished working out from this video and I completely finished it no problem at all now I'm super tired I'm a 14 year old teenager who's a gymnast and I haven't been in gymnastics for a month already so I want to stay in shape so I decided to try this and I already have a 4 pack but there not very noticible so I want to get a more flatter stomach and get my abs more noticeable this workout is totally worth it I'm going to do this every night till September and see my results by September and if I like the way I look I'll keep going
I try to do 10 minutes a day of this & every week day in basketball I workout for at least an hour, and I am eating more on the healthier side. At this rate will I get abs?

Melody An exercise this short is SUPER intense. Absolutely not for an begginer. I love the workout in her own channel, start with 15 or 10 minute abs.
