This is probably the hardest ab workout I've ever done

Tip for beginners
Exercise 2 (single leg raise) place your hands under your bottom
Exercise 3 (double leg raise & crunch) allow your feet to touch the floor when you really need to
Exercise 4 (V-ups) place your hands on the ground at your side)
And pause the video for a few seconds rather than letting the vid run. Some modifications are better than quitting. It will get easier!!

Exercises is safe method to get six pack abs. Btw, for people who want to get six pack abs in short time, you can try *Imodstyle 6 Pack Abs* . I was pretty lean before, but after a 21 days of follow that guide I actually have visible definition in my abs and I even have muscle definition on my sides
This was the hardest ab workout I have ever done....I'm not gonna lie I had to take 3-5 second breaks during this workout... But I finished it to the end! Congratz to any one who at-least made it to the finish line without giving up.
I've been doing this workout for several weeks, and I definitely see a difference. My stomach is a lot flatter and I've lost 4ish pounds!!! :)
I absolutely love her workouts!! I've been doing them 3 days a week plus walking outside for about 5months and I have lost 2 pant sizes and lost so far 63lbs. when I first started I couldn't finish any video but I kept telling myself you're going to look great and plus I'm super tired of not feeling good about myself. I'm still a plus size 16 but my body is so tone and my tummy (after 2 c-sections) is a lot flatter then it has ever been. thank you Rebecca :). to everyone keep up the awesome work your doing, you will achieve your goals :) hope everyone has a great day !!

She talks the whole time and asks if I can feel it.... meanwhile I CANT BREATH I'm choking on air and saliva I can't feel my legs I can't feel my stomach it's just a big pile of my screaming internally

I usually do 3 of their/her exercise videos a day. I'm doing it for 3 months now. I added a butt workout from Fitness Blenders two weeks ago. Today I made the mistake of adding this exercise after doing my usually 4. Butt I succeeded (pun intended) and I'm so proud of myself right now.

I'm so grateful that I was always practicing gymnastic since I was four, the pain was so horrible but discipline was everything, I cried a lot, it hurts a lot but everything worth it, I'm in the university and became hard went to my gymnastic class, this kind of workout reminds me gymnastic discipline

Holy 6 pack! this is a tough one. I do another of hers regularly and here I was thinking I was some sort of expert and had the abs down. She sure put me in my place and knocked my ego down a peg....or ten. Sheesh. I know it's my first time with this one but dang, I had to keep stopping. Rebecca you truly are a beast!

I've tried at least 50 ab programs on youtube. this is by far the hardest. The Double Leg Raise & Crunch 2:40 and the FullBody Crunch 7:15 are the hardest

Well, I'm actually not trying to lose weight, which may sound a little strange, but I used to be underweight.
So no, no differences in weight, but I haven't changed my diet, so maybe if you do that, you will lose some weight!

I struggled with this at first but you got to keep pushing through and doing it everyday, you will be surprised at how strong you really are. I am not superfit but I do this workout consistently..like she says...lets get going!!

Its the second time I have attempted doing this and this time I was able to watch it til the end instead of turning it off! Still had to modify some exercises and do some pauses but I'm confident I will do this complete workout ooone day! 💪

Kristena Ly no it actually depends on how good and strong is ur core! I wasn't able to do it at first but when my core got stronger I can do it easily now
