oof it sure has. I think Sandra Bullock IS good in the movie, but certainly not Oscar worthy for it. I guess the Academy thought "Well this is her time she probably won't have another performance like this and the role is just good enough to make it an Oscar winner because it's a real person so here ya go Sandy". Pity, if they would have waited a few years, she was nominated for Gravity which was an infinitely better performance.
