Tanzania is second to Brazil with natural resources, beauty, scenery, beaches, most national parks and game reserves such as serengeti etc...what a blessed country😍

The good news is Tanzania is full of cheap high quality eats, places to stay and transport options including low cost airlines. For a 10 day trip in Tanzania it cost $51 USD per person per day (excluding a 3 day 2 night Safari at $140 USD per person per day ).
About healthcare, you lack some important informations. Specialized health issues are all available in Tanzania. No patient is sent to South Africa or Kenya, neither India as it used to be, otherwise you are talking about old Tanzania. Big and specialized hospitals are available in all cities and big towns: Example: Benjamin Hospiatal (Dodoma); Bugando Hospital (Mwanza); Chato Hospital (Geita); Mbeya Hospital (Mbeya); Mount Meru Hospital (Arusha); KCMC Hospital (Moshi); Private Hospitals and other big national hospitals are many, I cannot mention them all. In addition, there is ongoing constructions of big regional hospitals which will serve also the neighbouring countries; these include Nyerere Hospital, Mtwara Hospital, Songwe Hospital, Kibong'oto specialistic Hospital. I have left Hospitals in Dar unmentioned becase most of them are National hospitals like Muhimbili, Mloganzila, Ocean road hospital, Kikwete hospital, etc. Add aslo referal hospitals of each province + Health centres and dispenceries. As I'm writing now, Tanzania is the medical tourism centre for many African countries.
Yes but locals are paying high taxes yet aren't able to get free medicals. Shame on the country. Hospitals are charging exuberantly that a poor person can't even afford to pay. Ex AgaKhan hospital is the most expensive hospital you can find in Dar. The country gets money from taxes what are they doing with all that money, all going into the pockets of some leaders.
