- In this episode, Teal explains that living from the heart means to emanate your true essence. It means to become the embodiment of love, equanimity and freedom.
The heart is the first organ to appear when we come into physical form. It is the first organ which develops in a human fetus. It is often called "the seat of the soul" because the human heart is the first interface between our non physical soul and our physical body. Its electromagnetic field is unparalleled.
If we are able to get in touch with our hearts, we will be able to get in touch with our higher selves (the eternal, benevolent essence that we truly are) which is the true goal of spirituality.
Spiritual life is not about knowing much, it is about loving much. It is about getting in touch with our truest self. It is about opening out heart so wide, that "enemy" is not a concept which exists in our reality. And more than that, it is about opening the heart and living from the heart to such a degree that eventually there is also no such concept in our life as "other".

omg i love....teal is speaking the truth, detachment doesnt mean abandoing emotions before theyre fully processed. detachment only comes after accepting the emotions, embracing them, let them run through your very being, until you come out the other side and realize they can no longer hurt you in quite the same way. whatever we run from, grows its power over us. thank you teal for teaching true integration

I've been practicing living from the Heart for a long time. This is one of the best talks on the subject I have ever heard. It takes the highest Truths and integrates them seamlessly. It is clear that she lives from the heart herself. This is much more than philosophy. She radiates that of which she speaks.

Very helpful and she's way before her time ... that's all we hear about today, LIVING IN THE HEART, COMING FROM THE HEART, STAYING IN THE HEART ... back in 2012, it wasn't so much talked about like it is now. She's right on the money. Its about loss of ego and practicing gratitude and realizing we're not separate.

The shyness, lack of confidence and hesitation in her eye movements and speech in these older videos are so...relatable, cute and attractive. It makes me a little sad she's not like that anymore. I'm probably a bit jealous of her growth.

You know what's best about Teal and these teachings? That my heart actually always agrees on everything she said. Although my mind fully agrees with it too. Because if you put it in the big picture of everything that's good or bad in this world and in your own life experiences and you look at it... it makes complete sense. This popped up on my feed this morning. Had some emotionally triggering news last night and broke my heart crying with grief, loss and change, and I just feel torn. My family home is up for sale after my mums passing, I'm torn between wanting to Manifest it and keep it, and allowing it to go and move on. Going to spend the day, being easy with myself, I know we only lose a parent once but all the extra that goes with it, is sometimes overwhelming. Huge hugs, I know better days are ahead and all that jazz, but I just want to be happy with how this chapter ends, so I can move forward healthily, happily. 💕🙏

+Ruben Ortega I've also had a heart transplant, and am wondering what all the metaphysical implications might be... from reapplying what the heart (chakra) could mean, to wondering about having different heart DNA (do I have past lives of my donor stored too?), to compromised immunity affecting spirituality (since one always has to take immunosuppressants to prevent organ rejection, can I ever truly detoxify pineal gland etc.) and accessing full potential healthwise (health, especially in alternative medicine, rests upon premise of increasing immune system, which is counter intuitive for transplantees....
Andrea do you notice any difference in yourself post operation, other than health effects? Try doing deep meditation and focusing your attention on the heart, perhaps you'll find something out.
It's hard to tell whether there are differences in myself (as I had the transplant aged 7). One small thing is that synchronicities have occurred relative to the location where the donor died/originated, e.g. my best friend (soulmate, really) originated from there, and a few years ago I ended up moving to the area (by chance- a university nearby was the only one in the country to offer a specific degree I wanted to study). Meditating just now, I had a few images appear...an image of a heart outline (black and gold), then another, black heart inverted, and lastly, the most clear, a black 'spade'. I suppose I'll look into the symbolic meaning... Thanks for your suggestion!
Andrea Barrett there are several studies on that subject. You could look them up! I can't remember the names right now but there are documented cases where the one that receives the donor's organs, acquire some of the donors characteristics as well. But it's up to u to think if that is positive or negative, after all, in this universe, feelings are important, therefore, how do u feel about something matters the most. U must embrace that journey, never fight it, and probably think you both are learning from your existence in a collaborative way. So he keeps learning where ever he is right now and also keeps learning and evolving through u here. Like Teal said: We are one. Love that other part. 😊
Wonderful video. I've been listening to a heart meditation for the last 30 days, and have noticed a positive difference in my physical reality. But I feel I need to go one step further. I've set an intention for the next 10 days (at least) to live fully from the heart. Your video was the first to come up when I searched this. BTW, you are so pretty, I love your look! 😊

I was leaving by the heart space their for a few weeks and it work then I started thinking logically and it stopped happy I seen this video. She is gorgeous.
Great question. I think she would say she knows through her meditation, life experiences, having a child, friend's experiences, many life changing spiritual experiences, and many out of body experiences. While most have spent the last 10 years or more watching TV or working on societal and/or career goals, she seems to have been focused almost exclusively on spiritual matters. There must be a lot of spiritual people like Teal but only one busting out RUclips videos each and every week; enjoy.
You have to learn to love yourself as your higher self does, unconditionally, instead of trying to find it in the world and judging what it has done to you when it cannot meet your standards. Appreciate yourself. Then you can become more detatched from the brutality of the world and find your own place in it.
I'm a Pagan Witch. So when she speaks in terms of a Christ self or a Buddha self, I believe in more terms of the Goddess self and Buddha self and I don't believe that's wrong. It just is what is to me and that's the right path for me.
