I knew both ways of saying „almost” in Korean but didn’t really understand the difference so THANK YOU VERY MUCH:) I’d also like to say that you are really good at explaining things:)
1. 이 피자 위에 토핑이 거의 없네요
2. 비누를 거의 다 썼어요
3. 가수가 될 뻔했어요
수정 부탁드립니다
완벽합니다 👍
I didn't know how to say "almost" it was very well explained. Thank you so much!
From today I have become a student. So really excellent explainer and a good teacher
Would love to watch your take and explaination on web browsing in Naver.
I'm sure it'll help many Learners(like me) to be able to browse through Naver.
.
I 1-up this suggestion!
I liked the video after 5 seconds. No regrets. Awesome as usual! Thank you!
As a Korean your pronunciation is really very good ❤❤❤it's like native speaker 😊
토핑은 피자에 거의 없어요
거의 다 비누를 사용했어요
가수가 될 뻔했어요
Thank you for all of the lessons. They are super helpful!
Thanks for sharing your sentences! In Korean 거의 다 modifies 사용하다 and not 비누, so the more natural sentence is 비누를 거의 다 사용했어요. Great job! 👍

Thank you so much!! I was really confused about these two ways to say "almost" and it's clearer now, thanks to you!! ♥♥♥
Can u make a video on difference between (으)ㄹ까요, (으)ㄹ래요 and (으)ㄹ게요?
Thank you so much! 정말 easy to understand.
Clear and concise. Perfect
Thank you!!!
Thank you for explaining this
Thank you for this. Subcribed already!
Your lessons are so helpful!
Thanks for the video
Thank you very much❤️
the way you explain or teach is so understandable.. i love it:]
I'm new and this was great. Thank you!
Thank you for all the examples and your explanations! This video was super helpful at explaining the barely/almost nuance!
thank you so much!
Thanks a lot
Thank you once again for the explanation and for the practice sentences.
1. 피자에 토핑이 거의 없어요.
2. 비누를 거의 다 썼어요.
3. 저는 가수가 될 뻔했어요.
Now, if I did get it right, in many cases you could use both 거의 and 을 뻔하다 but the meaning would be different.
For example for (2) you can say 비누를 쓸 뻔했어요 but what you are saying is that you were about to use it but you didn't touch it.
Am I right?
미리 감사합니다.
💯 you are right about the different meanings!
@@YourKoreanSaem Thank you for answering 😊
피자에 토핑이 거의 없어요.
저가 비누를 거의 다 썼어요.
저는 가수가 될 뻔했어요.
이 영상는 거의 완벽했어요. :)
저가 ➡️ 제가 otherwise perfect! 👍
1. 이 피자는 토핑이 거의 없어요.
2. 저는 거의 다 비누를 썼어요.
3. 저는 가수가 될 뻔했어요.
Hope that's correct. I love your lessons! Especially the explanations on the pronunciations. Thanks for making these great videos!
Great job! I would move 거의 다 in front of 썼어요 because that’s the verb it modifies. 비누를 거의 다 썼어요. Thanks for your comment! 😃
@@YourKoreanSaem Ah yeah that makes sense. 감사합니다 !
Very useful, thank you! 문장을 만들었어요...
이 피자는 토핑이 거의 없어요.
저는 비누를 거의 다 사용했어요.
저는 가수가 될 뻔했어요.
For the second one, is 사용하다 or 쓰다 more natural?
For conversation 쓰다 would be more commonly used. But still all your sentences are great! 💯
1)이 피자가 거의 토핑을 있어요
2)비누가 거의 다 썼어요
3)가수가 될 뻔했어요
거의 토핑을 있어요 ➡️ 토핑이 거의 없어요 (hardly any is 거의 없어요)
비누가 ➡️ 비누를 (the soap is the object being used, not the subject doing the using)
Hope this helps and thank you for sharing your practice sentences! 🙏😊
@@YourKoreanSaem Thanks for correcting! 감사합니다 😊
피자에 토핑은 거의 없어요.
비누를 거의 다 썼어요.
저는 가수가 될 뻔했어요.
💯💯💯
피자가 토핑을 거의 없네!
다 비누를 거의 사용했어요.
가수가 될 뻔했어요.
토핑을 ➡️ 토핑이 (‘을’ is an object marker used for transitive verbs)
And 다 modifies 사용 (used all of it) so it should be placed before that word. ➡️ 거의 다 사용했어요.
Hope this helps! 👍👍
1. 이 피자는 토핑을 거의 없어요.
2. 비누가 거의 다 사용했어요
3. 가수가 될뻔했어요.
맞아요? 감사합니다!
Thanks for sharing your sentences!
토핑을➡️토핑이 없어요. (You are not doing anything with/to the toppings so you shouldn’t use the object marker here)
비누가➡️비누를 (If the soap is the subject it means the soap is the one that did the “using” and not you)
될 (spacing) 뻔했어요.
Some minor corrections but you did a great job! 👍😁
@@YourKoreanSaem Thank you correcting! ^^
In this conversation:
A) Did you win the competition?
B) Almost
How would you say that "almost" in Korean?
Depends. If the competition is not over yet and you’re almost at the winning point you can say 거의. If you almost won but ultimately lost you can say 이길 뻔했어요.
@@YourKoreanSaem I see, thanks!
@@YourKoreanSaem ohhhh
@@YourKoreanSaem Thanks ....
I'm also confused with that!
what is " da " function
It is the dictionary form, you can watch this video for more: ruclips.net/video/oQMmXVvGcnM/видео.html
@@YourKoreanSaem Oh My God I can't beleive you reply it,
But thanks anyway
