- We hope you enjoy our little adventure to find this amazing place. What a pleasure to have been here. This bothy is one that should remain mysterious and not so easy to find. Those that put in the effort to research will find the bothy easily. I am all for sharing adventures but this one is one that needs to be earned, in my opinion. May I please ask that you don’t ask for the location, there are enough clues in the short film to help you in your quest to research it. What I will say is that this beautiful place is privately owned and there is a procedure to follow if you want use the bothy! Happy hunting and once found you will be well rewarded.

It looks simply amazing I'd love to know where it is and I'm off to Islay when the weather warms up. Just not sure to go with boots or a mountain bike. At the mo the lads are saying bikes. Anyway I cant wait I'm so looking forward to it.

Reminds me of a wonderful hiking adventure I had on the Isle of Rum. Very fond memories of staying at a bothy there. Plus visiting the amazing castle. That was years ago, while I lived in England (Berkshire and Warwickshire) for a few years.
For next years possible bicycle or hiking destinations I am currently looking at Ireland, Scotland, Orkneys or Shetlands.
