Beautiful interview! Are there any chances that an episode with Dr. Yoheved Kaplinsky might happen in the future? She has been so influential to generations of pianists.

Alena, is such a lovely lady and a wonderful violinist. Btw, Zsolt, when are going to have your brilliant accompanist from the intro, Zlata Chochieva, on Living La Vida Classical?

We filmed Zlata in May 2021 and will release soon! Because of all the restructuring of the show we were delayed and then now everything is being released in a different order. Hers was a really thoughtful and introspective contribution-I hope you’ll enjoy it!

Thanks, Zsolt, for an amazing question about vulnerability of music-makers, but equally this is a question for all of us, living now in a supersensitive soap bubbles of ours (not my comparison). In so many different ways Alena shares with us her understanding of ‘la largesse’ of the life, its plurality and abundance. And as an Ukrainian, I cannot but thank Alena for her position vis-à-vis the ugliness and indignities of the raging inhuman war in my country.
Thanks for yet another episode of the Living the Classical Life!

@@richterkleiber I will definitely look forward to that one. I think Zlata is one of the most talented pianists of her generation. I'm so glad your program is back. It's always an enriching experience. You do a wonderful job connecting with your interviewees.

i Will have known her a little bit for almost 20 years and i think of her as a remarkable person who plays violin remarkably well. what she's saying here isn't a performance for public relations
