    A series of this faster flows of power yoga would be great apart from the slower ones that build more strength and flexibility. Something more cardio demanding. Thanks!

    Hey dean! I did your one weight loss exercise video. Loved it. I got left hip surgery in March. I feel my feel my hip has weakness. I do you’re your yoga to help me with me getting lean and my hip. My body! Plus I haven’t seen my V shape in years

    Man I have to agree with the other comment. Another great video. And the interaction you give is key. I notice the musclevation being far more activated when I work it out with you.     amazing!! great quick workout! though I'm not looking to lose weight at all, want to gain some muscle. But if this does that and burns some fat - I'm sure it's no problem
