    Love these shorter, beginner oriented workouts. One can spend a bit more time on them and do them thoroughly, rather than "rushing" through a longer workout. Of course, that's just me. Someday, I'll get to the longer ones. But these are a great place to start. The short time allows for no excuses. Thanks Dean!

    Could you please post more on "how to build muscle with yoga"? It would have been great to have videos for all body sections (chest, back, arms etc) and even better many full body ones. Those sessions are so hard to find for men that love both yoga and muscle building. You are doing Gods work Dean.

    Thanks, Dean! That's a great workout. Sometimes, it can be quite hard finding the right legs workout, but this one feels great! Adds some variety and it's also a great challenge! Awesome, as always.

    These are awesome! I like how focused these are - allow you to get a good workout really quickly. Also, I to do two of these back to back for a harder workout and hit different parts of the body! 💪

    Would you recommend warming up first, or can a practice like this be used as a warm up? I'm thinking of trying this as dynamic warm up before a run.

      This can be used as a warm-up for a run. Be sure to search our channel for other "warm-ups," we have quite a few there.

    For the single leg bridge raises, I find I can do them easily on one side but the other seems weak. I’m not a beginner at these either. Any common issues that could be the cause? I’ve been told I might have tight hips/glutes rather than muscle weakness.

      Very normal that one side is stronger than the other.

      You can do this every day but you'll want to do it at least 3x a week for the best reults.
