    Love all of your deep water workouts! I do them every week. I have a 7x10 Soake Pool that’s 6 feet deep. I live in NH heat up my pool to 85 and go! Thanks so much for offering these workouts!!

    I just discovered your channel and love it! I watched the video today, which explained SO MUCH! Yesterday I did the workout but can’t always see my iPhone sitting poolside, due to sun glare. I didn’t always understand your terms ( flick) but after watching today I think I am good to go! I blast your voice on my speaker so I’ll do better today. Thanks for these excellent tools to guide us to great workouts. I’m blessed with a 16x 38 inground 9 ft at the deepest! I’m surround by my flower gardens in full bloom and have total privacy. What I needed was guidance and motivation to keep moving and working out! You provide this so well. I’m so grateful. Today is your noodle workout❤️

    Thank you! This looks great! Strengthening a broken ankle. This would be great. No bouncing. Where do I find a waist flotation thingie?

      I agree. Deep water is the perfect place for you to exercise while you rehab your ankle. Probably best to just Google "Deep Water Flotation Belt" I prefer HYDRO-FITs Deep Water belt...but it is on the higher price point. (around $60) If you are going to continue with deep water fitness, it would be worth it.

    Around how many calories are burned from this exercise?

      A typical water fitness workout at this intensity would burn around 600 calories an hour. This is a 30-minute workout and so the best estimate is around 300 calories. But that is very subjective and dependent on the output of the participant.
