    My advice from experience:
Less sex, less sugar, more exercise, more change/flexibility
    Less excess/luxury, more frugality/minimalism

This is an extraordinary conversation thanks guys. Only one thing outstanding would be a question for Sarah, or anyone else as I've long wondered about this: vitamin C was mentioned as being invaluable, however it's generally now known that the pharmaceutical ascorbic acid, which almost all vitamin C is a version of, does not contain the complete compound vitamins found in natural sources, however natural sources are seldom more than 100mg per dose - as it's untenable - not to mention exceedingly expensive - to ingest 50 tablets at probably £20 per day, how to get the 5g of vitamin C or is the ascorbic acid sufficient? My assumption is that most of it will be flushed out and not absorbed. Keep up the good work.

What about so many saying anymore then 250 mg of vit c per day being converted to oxalates in the body and potentially oxalate kidney stones. My mother gets them if she take ascorbic acid

You can do a ketogenic diet but depending on your circumstances it might not be the optimal place to start, especially without any support. There are multiple variations of the ketogenic diet. What/whose instructions are you following?
