Dear Dr. Myhill,. Thank you for all you do!!!! For the last 5 years I have had Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and for the last year, Myalgic Encephalomyolitis. Last year I discovered you and your book, "The Diagnosis and Treatment of Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Myalgic Encephalomyelitis." Using this outstanding book, I have gone from being bed bound to about 70 to 80 percent recovered. I am back to working a part time job, enjoying my life again. Yes, my diet has changed tremendously, and continuing the protocol you have set, I predict a 100
Was so happy to discover this series today! I've been using your protocols to manage Severe ME/CFS since 2017 when your book came out. It's helped improve my quality of life significantly, with the diet, supplements and the addition of LDN. I'm so passionate about the garden, but it's been a couple of years since I've had a space to garden. Next year I'm moving to my new home which has a large balcony and I cannot wait to grow again! I hope you'll continue to make more videos in this series. It's fascinating to hear about the nutritional profiles of the fruit and veg and how they affect our body and why you've chosen the ones you grow in relation to the PK diet. So grateful for all you do. So much inspiration and education.
Enjoyed this video immensely. So key in these difficult times. I am looking forward to the next one. With so many GMO foods I think its vital we start our garden projects with the very best heritage seeds but these can be expensive. Would love to know your views on seeds, collecting seeds/cutting etc plus pls can we have some recommendations of suppliers.
Hi Karen, thanks for your comment! We contacted Dr Myhill and she has provided her answer to your question as follows: As far as possible I collect my own seeds. Otherwise I purchase from www.gardenorganic.org.uk/hsl as I am a member of Garden Organic. The available seed list comes out in Dec....and sometimes I plug gaps from the local garden centre! We hope this helps!
