One of the best loft designs I have seen and the built in storage was a great plus.
I agree. It's both practical and comfortable. I really only want a loft for storage and my guests' comfort and this one meets both of those needs.

The only problem is the TV is to far away from the sofa. Would have been more practical to have a single entry door and wall mount the TV in the corner
I also would prefer a single. Door for a little more wall space but I imagine you could order it with a single door

97k Plus transport from Indiana, all of our houses will have the bedroom on the main floor. I ship to all 50 states. We do a lot of campgrounds, rv resorts, rural property etc.

What destroys my confidence in the overall quality is the board and batt pre-finished sheet rock from 1980 that is all over this thing. Yet, it's still better than the super cheap loft ladder hangers.

Seems like Kropf homes are the Rolls Royce of park model homes. Looking at land out in the country here in east central Indiana. Would be great for a older single guy to own. Minimal upkeep.

The cathedral window scheme in the living room makes a beautiful addition and brings in lots of light. I love the large shower. Everything in the layout is great EXCEPT for the height of the loft. I need a double loft with at least 6’2” clearance from floor to ceiling and room for at least double sized beds in each. Now why is that so impossible for tiny home builders to do? I just need someone to explain that to me, please.
Can't do ceiling heights that high because we still need to get under over passes
